Man bro...you may have a defective pair all together. Not that it matters, but did you do the firmware update for the headset?
Have the static issue with my original and replacement headset. I was quite disappointed for a while, but decided to use them only for listening to music via Bluetooth 5.0 and I can honestly say the quality is awesome. It also helped me understand that the static issue is software based and has nothing to do with the hardware. To make self feel better about not being able to enjoy them on my PS5 I decided to buy the Arctis Pro wired headset and those are off the hook for gaming. My two cents. Cheers.

I’m having the static with my Xbox one Gen2 stealth 600 and I couldn’t get my headset to pair from the Bluetooth settings it’s not showing up.

There has been a update released for the Gen 2s through the audio hub app on PC that directly targets this issue and fixes it completely! Please go and download it asap!
Do you know how to fix this still? This didn't work for mine. Mine was the PS4/5 model. I took them to PC and once the firmware updated it took an L.
The App is trash I tried to connect mine to my phone and it won’t work. I tried turning off my phone and headset multiple times and it still won’t work. The only time I can even get it to show up is when I turn the headset on the same time I hit connect on the app and then it goes away and says pairing failed
My mic was all static but then I unplugged the usb and put it back and it was fine after
I just got the Pulse 3D headset today and only the left ear buzzes when in wireless mode. When it's wired there is no buzzing sound. Do you know how to fix that?

Whenever I'm talking in the mic and I'm somewhat loud the mic gets staticy do you know how to fix that?
Your mic level settings on your console maybe to high for the Turtle Beaches. Lower it and you should be good bro. Make sure too that your monitor volume is all the way down. It's that second wheel on the left ear cup. Your mic has to be unmuted to adjust it

Do you know if the mute button on the ps5 controller works on this headset to mute it? Or does the mute function only work by sliding the micro up?
Only works by flipping the mic up
The mute button on the controller is only for when you're using the controller itself to talk in game or party chat.

I have the turtle beach stealth 700 now and the mute button on controller also works with this headset and without flipping the mic

The only thing I can think of is adjusting your chat levels on your console and make sure your mic is flipped all the way down. If that doesn't work. Your headset maybe defective

I just bought some today and right off the box connected them to my ps4 and there’s crazy loud static even on the lowest volume setting and then I can put it down at times but everyone else still hears it
Hey bro. I would just return the headset all together while you still can and get something else like the Steel Series 7p or 3D pulse Headset. TB 700 gen 2 has quite a few problems going on with it like the static. BUT, if you want to keep them for now:
Make sure you download the software on your computer and install the firmware update on the headset, if your still having problems with the static, follow the instructions in this video and you should be fine(knocks on wood). All else fails, return asap
I've been having the same for 2 years on the same type of mic. I ended up switching to wireless lol. I never downloaded software for it though

Looks like you may have sound playing on your TV. Depending on what type of headset you have, Turtle Beach for example, make sure your sound settings on your headset is set to "All Audio" NOT "Chat Audio". If it's on "Chat Audio", your sound will be playing on the TV and your friends will hear everything. "All Audio" will have "All" your sound playing in your headset, not your TV, so your friends won't hear anything but your voice.

Just got this head set for my ps5 yesterday (feb24 2021) and I noticed the static/white noise in the ps5 main menu.

Sometimes my mates can't hear me on their end, it just cuts off for a couple of seconds and it's back on again. It's quite annoying when this happens. Do you know what can be the reason?
Only 3 Reasons/Solutions I can think of is: 1. making sure you did the firmware update on your headset. If you did that already and still having problems, then 2. If you have the headset on your head and walk too far away from your console, it can start acting funny just how you explained, even still act funny when you come back, so restart it and you should be fine. If you STILL having problems then 3. Turn the Bluetooth off on your headset. Your headset may have a defective connection; Maybe having a hard time staying connected to your phone and your console at the same time.

I'm mostly a competitive gamer, so I would pick the 9s. If you play mostly single player adventure games, I'd go with the TB. They're a little louder than the 9s and the bass is great

I don't know if this is relevant but when I talk very loud or scream, my friends tell me it get's distorted/staticky and I'm very loud when it comes to playing games and I sound like a robot. What do I do? But when I talk normally there is no static, only when i get loud.
I experienced this before too. I had to turn my headset off and back on for it to be fixed, but there was a recent update released by TB regarding the static and may fix the mic distortion too. When you get a chance, update your headset on your computer or laptop and see if that works. I haven't had any issues yet since the update

It's fine on console but using it with my PC the mic cuts out peaks or stops working at all and there's a popping noise when listening to music

I can’t update the firmware for s700 G2. Using laptop? Can you help? It goes all the way to installing the firmware but then says they’ve disconnected
Hey bro, try turning off the Bluetooth on the headset before trying to update it.
That’s seemed to accually update the transmitter, but it then resets and turns the Bluetooth back on...which is what I think I cause the the update To fail...thanks for your help

They maybe defective bro. Only thing we can think of is adjusting your mic levels in your xbox settings

Your monitor volume is up. Your Monitor volume is that 2nd wheel on the left ear cup. Scroll it down while your mic is unmuted and you should be good bro.

There's been a major software update for this headset regarding the static and mic issues. Completely fixed now on my end. My newest video about this headset talks more about it if you want more info bro

Because it didn't actually install the update. We went thru the same thing bro. Mine finally updated on the 3rd try.

Try turning the Bluetooth off on the headset before you try to update it again. Should do the trick.

@@kevingarcia6557 I'm not to fluent in the language of xbox because we don't own one, but what I suggest is making sure(in your xbox settings) your "mic output" is set to your headset. And of course, make sure the mic on the headset is flipped ALL THE WAY down to unmute.
My friends say that when I yell it sounds like a radio is there any way to fix that?
If your playing on xbox or playstation, Try turning down your mic levels in the console's settings.

I get this problem when I turn on my ps5 and log into my account without my headset being on , the ps5 would think it is so all my Audio goes to the headphones that aren’t on , very annoying
I know right bro. It's because of your ps5 settings defaulting the audio to the headsets transmitter even if the headset is off. We have a video here to show you how to turn it that off:

The move is to go into the sound/audio settings of the game and change the audio of home theater, dynamic or etc. switch between the options and save. Worked for me. That will change the crackling. Changing the treble wont do anything for most people.

Tell me your personal best headset please I need to know from you bro ‼️😂 I ask because this headset broke on me and the static sound was always an issue but that wasn’t even the cause that made it break. My game volume sound doesn’t wanna turn up all the way even though it’s scrolled all the way up. It’ll just be quiet even though it’s turned all the way up idk but gonna swap them out tomorrow for a newer pair. Thanks bro. We appreciate the sub! My opinion, I would not recommend this headset. It doesn't support game/chat mix on either ear cup. Our experience with it, even with the update, we have connect issues trying to connect to the ps5 and connecting with the audio hub app on your phone. Props though for the build and sound. Very comfortable and sounds great when you get past the connection issues. It's a very controversial topic with this headset. Some people have great experiences using it and others don't. If you do want to try them for yourself bro, keep an open mind that you may have to return them.
Biggest annoyance is you can't control game chat and party chat separately liek you could with the old headsets.
He spent more than half the video telling us how some people have bad and good experiences and begged us to like + sub…

I just can’t get game sound , and adjusting mic volume I just hear the echo.
Hmmmm. That's weird... the 2 wheels on the left ear cup: The top one is your master volume, make sure thats all the way up. The second wheel is your monitor volume(maybe why your getting an echo), roll that all the way down while your mic is unmuted

@@DTTechTwins I double checked both wheels, top wheel is maxed and the second I keep scrolling it up. I hear all background sound throughout headset. Still can’t get game sound to go through headset. Ps4 shows I have the headset connected also.
