    my abs were on FIRE. You can really tell the difference when you do these workouts while contracting your abs vs. relaxing them. Always gotta remember to contract! hold! let the abs burrnnn

    Can always count on FB to have a workout for just about anything. Legs burnt out/need a good rolling and arms are slightly dead. So I just want to do light ab work and stretch. And here I am. Thanks Kelly and Daniel. Love you guys.

    I decided to make a change in my lifestyle and health in February. Since then, I have lost 35 pounds and have never felt better. Your videos have made this difficult journey doable...and fun believe it or not! I love ya'll's attitude towards workouts and clean living. I am actually excited to workout each day knowing that you or Kelly or both will be there to guide me towards a better version of myself. I feel energetic, strong, and beautiful. Thank you, thank you so much for all the time and effort you put into your videos and making them free to people like me that had an goal, but needed some direction.

    Ok, completed this workout! It was very tough. I've been breezing through the last 24 minute workout. In fact, I've added weights to that one. This one really kicked my butt! Like another poster, I added side hip raises and side planks to round out the entire core. Well done FitnessBlender, this one was challenging and fun!

    I can't wait to try this. I had a neck injury when I was around 10 and a physical therapist instructed me to not do sit-ups, so now I can't do them at all. This looks like a great way to start building those muscles and that ability. Thank you!

    • @tessao6088
      @tessao6088 8 років тому +1

      All the crunching is suppose to be done from your abs not your neck. So maybe you need to relax your neck while you do it, keep space between your chin and chest

    • @carlaitie4818

      I prefer their videos without the music. It feels less of a gimmick and more professional/serious. Plus I get to hear him/her better, and feel more connected to the instructor, overall making it feel like they are there with me. With no music both sides can have it their way. If it had included music, those who don't want it, would have to completely mute the video, thus not even hearing the instructions.
