This cover is something to live for
I don’t wanna like this. It has 69 likes. 😂
@@michaelchaney5909 lol ik
@@michaelchaney5909 live it a like to make 169 🤣 🤣
That was pretty good
Put got* there lol.
The iconic drumming from this era of Lamb of God is truly timeless. Some of Adler's writing is just as memorable as many legendary guitar riffs. You killed it, of course. So much spice.
Yeah, it's so sad they parted ways. Chris Adler in his prime was absolute god tier metal drumming, and LoG god tier metal music.
Truuuuue
Chris is like the lead musician of Ashes of The Wake era… extremely talented player
Honestly this song wouldn't go as hard as it does without such sick drumming especially that intro bit!
fr it's simple, groovy, and effective for the band. still missing their old "magic" on recent albums
What draws me to your videos and drumming isn't your skill at it (although it is pretty sick), it's how much fun you always seem to be having whether it's playing or listening to others play.
that's really nice of you to say man, thank you!
Totally agree!!!
@@66Samus AWWWW YUURRRRRRR!
Sex🤘
Something about Chris Adler's drumming that just makes me smile. Good job.
simplicity goes a long way
I've just about worn out my steering wheel from car-drumming to this album over the years! "Now you've got something to drive for"!
Yeah, bro, my leather on my wheel is fucked too.
I miss Chris Adler in LoG and his style of drumming. Sad he’s gone now
Me too....
Last two albums just aint been the same.
I saw him play with Lamb of god and Megadeth in the same show back to back. He is a machine. Just can't do both longterm. The adler bros and randy make lamb of god so it's not the same but they still are amazing
The new guy is pretty good though
Definitely like Art's style too. Fits the band well. The 2020 album was fresh af...in 2021 lol
One thing is the pinpoint timing and the talent but the production of your videos are insane. The quality of the video and audio are better than most professionel companies are delivering. Impeccable job
wow dude, thank you so much!!!!
@@66SamusI do agree that the audio and video is great but imo there's too many cuts back and forth. It's hard to follow where your hands are going when I need to retract where to look every 2 seconds
Oooooh yurrrr still one of my favorite LOG songs ever. So freaking well played too 🙂
Chris is a living proof that you simply can't have too many cymbals...
Nice cover!
Jesus dude not just the drums but the symbols the whole mix is just so gorgeous! You're so relaxed truly truly badass.
Ashes in the Wake is a criminally underrated record. Every track a banger. Chris Adler in 2005 was peak New Wave of American Thrash drumming. He and Bittner held it down.
One of my all time favorite Lamb of God songs. I think I've watched Chris Adler plays this more times than listening to the actual song.
I don´t know what i love more...your awesome drumming style, your super cool drums (and the way you prepare all those lights and stuff) or your funny faces
thank you Arwin!!
THOSE CYMBALS SOUND AMAZING N BRO UR FILLS!!!!! FUUUUUHHHH!!!! IMPRESSIVE!!
thank you dude!!!!
@@66Samus youre welcome duder!!
I always loved Chris’ drum parts on this album. I really loved the way he utilized his splash cymbals like they’re a ride or crash to keep time with using certain sections too. It brings a unique sound to his writing, I think.
That was a great cover, so precise and perfect! love it dude
Absolutely masterful, and that move at 3:38 is something I've never seen done better
As always I absolutely loved the content 🤘🔥
Absolutely love how you just played the song and added your own stuff throughout! So sick! Such a fun song to play! 🤘🏼
Hands down this is such a great cover, loved it
That's my favorite LoG song and you played it beautifully!! Love your drumming and personality!
That was so sick buddy!! You and LOG are two huge inspirations to my drumming
Great cover bro! Sound, production and everything is awesome. Niiiiice!
You nailed it bro. You for sure have the vibe, and to me it seems like you understand his way of playing very well! So my hats off to you!
One of my favorite bands and you did a great cover. Awesome thank you
one of my favorite LOG songs. You did a fantastic job.
Congrats on 500k bro 🥂
All of them sound good as you play them, awesome video man !
Oh yuuurrrr!!!! 🤘🏽one of my all time favorite LOG songs. Keep up the amazing job bro. 🤘🏽
One of my all time favorite LoG songs covered to perfection. Love it. 🫡
Just wanted to thank you for everything you do Samus. You're a huge inspiration to me man. 🤘🤘🤘
hell yes brother. killing it samus🎼💯
You look like youre having so much fun behind that kit!! And so effortless!!
Wow, this is unreal. Great job dude!
Could see how much fun you had playing this song. And i know it took some hard practice to play it right.
I salute you sir!!!
Masterfully done!!
I've always loved the fills in this song. good job
ohh yurrr
This level of drumming, enjoyment, and passion for playing music is truly inspiring! Keep sending out these vibes
Another killer cover! BTW Congrats on 500k subs.
Incredible dude! Lamb of god is one of my favourites band and you nailed this! 👊🏻
That was sick! Nicely done! 🤟
One of my fav tracks! Love your rendition! I aspire to be as good of a drummer as you! Keep BLASTING!
hell yeah samus!!! love thiis whole album!! amazing tight performance wow! insane production and setup man. serious respecct to your work ethic and awesome content!! cheers from ontario canada!! man you kicks sound SOOOOO GOOOOOD!!!! OOHH YYUUUURRRR!!!!
nice work, well played, and a few little flourishes of your own. enjoyed that.
Great Cover Sam! Oooh yuuur🤘🏻
That double ride fill towards the end was so sick man 🤘👌
I love this song so much. You killed it!
Chris Adler's LOG years were my favorite. Glad I got to see them in concert back in the day. Killer cover!
Yayaya, nailing it as always. Gotta love it
Lamb of frickin' frackin' Chode! Awesome rendition Samus, as usual. Love Adler's writing when he was in the band.
Love it man. Absolute tune.
That first intro section always fucks my timing up, great job!
This is one of my favorite albums to play along to. For me, it's right in that sweet spot of being challenging at times but still attainable. It any case it'll tighten up your playing, test your foot control and it's great practice for all the doubles over doubles he does all the time.
Awesome. I love Adler's footwork and you did great.
Love lamb of god man. Badass cover
Brutal dude!
Such good sound my dude , perfect cover
The speed. The power. The precision. The technicality. Bloody hell dude. ❤🤘🤟
thank you so much!!!!!
Great playing. Very tight. Those cymbals sound really nice.
Great song! Awsome band! Great drumming! 👌😍
That was so clean. What I always appreciated about this track was the pace. Its double bass but Chris never really out there going over 9000. Clean, sorta a fast chug. You honoured it to say the least.
That oh yurrrr look right after nailing that intro 🤘🏽
Samus going through his 10 albums the other day got him all in the nostalgia! Sick cover as always!!
This was the song that made me fall in love with Lamb of God and was the first song of theirs I learned on drums
As being a guitar player, there’s something special about watching a drum covered that makes it exciting. Awesome work!
That did look fun to play! Lol you rock Samus!
Man, this song.... and dude your drumming, exquisite!
thank you dude!!
One of my favourite LOG song.. ohhh yurrrr🔥🔥🔥🔥
i love how much you use your splashes
the kick drum is quite possibly more catchy than the rest of the instruments. the roles he launches into at seemingly random times. brilliantly orchestrated.
Awesome!!
always loved playing along to all era's of LOG especially Ashes
My favorite Log song, absolutely killed it. Sounds nasty man 🤘
Oh hell yeah. One of my personal faves.
Amazing 🤘
ooooooooh yeah. absolutely epic cover.
Love this so much. That breakdown especially
Top 3 of all time Lamb of God songs
DAMN DUDE!!!!! ABSOLUTELY KILLED IT!!!
I wish I had your enthusiasm. Like I used to... I love how u do it for the love of the music.. and nothing more.. not much musician's out there like that now days... It's rare now to find rockers like you with your style..
The way you goof around playing makes it all the better
The very end🤣. I love you, dude.
Looks like you had a good time making this video. Good to see! Have a great weekend!
Nice bro!!! I felt it
I feel Adler’s technique just showed the possibilities you can do behind the kit. I mean just look what’s packed in this song alone. there’s so much going on in such a little time span and it sounds absolutely gnarly.
Clean asf!
You look so relaxed playing what lots would consider a very intense elaborate song. I love it! It looks like you were just completely at peace almost like you were meditating at points, totally loosey goosey and no tensing
thank you so much dude!!!
Finally more covers please samus.
Amazing as always :)
Awesome cover, man 😎
The ride cymbal is spot on fuckin awesome cover
You're my drumming hype man! Everytime I watch your videos I'm like alright let's go play drums!
Flawless 🤘
Fckn beast Samus. Is the best cover I've ever seen of this song
With LOG being the introduction to the super heavy/death metal genre 15 years ago, I love that you covered this!
You know someone is good at something when they make it look easy.
Just wanted to say that I had my first drums lesson and got hyped! You're hyping me even more to learn and progress. Thank you for that.
my pleasure Nelson :)
Holy hot damn, the extra splash work was friggin tasty! 🤘
Now that’s what I’m talking about Samus love this OHHHHHHHHHHHH YUUUUURRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!
You know what, i Saw you always analizing and give all the energy to other drumers and amazing explanations, and tell them how great they are, but you know what you are One of the great drumers too.
that's really nice of you to say man, thank you!
Wow this is sensational 💥
