I live near to athichanallur. We have already a museum but not impressive one .
now new museum with more facility and attraction is being built by TN govt in near by city Thirunelveli. Athichanallur is part of River Tamirabarani civilization .
TN govt also has their own archaeological department . Recently built very beautiful museum in Keeladi ( near Madurai ) we call River Vaigai civilization .

The Rigveda lavishes praise on Sarasvati, the goddess-cum-river, as 'flowing from the mountain to the sea', while a 'hymn
in praise of rivers' specifically locates the Sarasvati between the Yamuna and the Sutlej. Intriguingly, the rivers listed are from east to west, while Aryan immigrants would have listed them from west to east. Later literature, such as the Mahabharata, describes the Sarasvati as disappearing
in the desert; in time, the river becomes
a metaphor for loss. However, since the nineteenth century, its dried-up bed has been traced by geologists and topographers.
A map of the rivers listed in the Rigveda's 'Hymn in praise of rivers' Part of a bronze figurine from Mohenjo-daro, with an anklet
Nothing in our knowledge of India's protohistory warrants a sharp demarcation. Also it runs from the Shivalik Hills in Haryana (where a petty stream called 'Sarsuti' still exists today), is joined by several tributaries, proceeds through Punjab, Rajasthan and Pakistan's Cholistan desert in a course south of the Indus, all the way to the Rann of Kutch. At its widest, the Ghaggar-Hakra, as it is locally called, exceeds six kilometres, and most experts have proposed that the Sutlej and the Yamuna once contributed to it.
When was the Sarasvati reduced to a seasonal stream in its upper reaches? Archaeology again provides an answer, as some 360 Harappan settlements have
been enumerated in the river's basin since the 1940s. And almost all the settlements located in that basin's central part.

negative, however. Had Aryans come, the Indus civilization would be culturally pre- Vedic, while the Gangetic civilization of the first millennium BCE would be Vedic, so that we would have a wide cultural gulf between the two-a gulf earlier referred to as a 'Dark Age' or 'Vedic Night'. But in recent decades, numerous bridges. have, on the contrary, come to light, both in technical fields
(from construction or metallurgy. to water systems and agriculture) and in cultural areas: Harappan seals depicting deities seated in yogic postures, female figurines with sindoor (vermilion) applied at the parting of the hair, male figurines in various asanas (some doing a namaste), fire and sacrificial altars, worship of a Mother goddess,
reverence for the swastika, a linga-like object, the trishula and the ashvattha (or pipal) tree, and ornaments, such as anklets, among many others. (For further information, see article 'The Harappan Legacy', BBC Knowledge, April 2012)
The emerging picture is that of a cultural continuum from India's prehistory to its historical phase in the Indo-Gangetic plains. As the US archaeologist Jonathan Mark Kenoyer puts it, "Current studies of the transition between the two early urban civilizations claim that there was no significant break or hiatus."

Keeladi excavanations womt be part of CBSE syllabus and they will not add in history books despite its huge significance. This is because they want to demoralise the idea that Tamil was the oldest language. That is why education should be state subject and not union subject. The oldest pottery is from the Amur region at the intersection of Korea, Japan(Jomon), Russia and also China. Dates range from 14,000 BC to 18,000 BC. Spectacular Pottery that involved clay strips. This did not spread.

The Archeology Department of india closed it after 3rd phase and transferred the chief Archeologist to Assam. TN Archeology department continued the excavation and found evidence of the 7th century BCE urban center.

Harappa, Mohenjo Daro, Rakhigarhi, Adichanallur, Korkai are part of a single brown skinned Dravidian civilization. Ambedkar calls them Nagas. They lived right from the borders of Afghanistan to Tamilnadu. The Aryan nomadic cow herders systematically and violently pushed them South of the Deccan. This of course took millenia. They then occupied what is now Pakistan and North India. The Dravidians resisted them and you would find the greatest resistance to them in the Southernmost part called Tamilnadu.

      +++++++++++++++
I have long pondered on what constitutes this so called religion that sweepingly generalises the 'Indian' people and sitting on their head (as cultural hegemony) and have come up with some conclusions ....
A group of priest from the Zoroastrian religion (known as Aryans) came to 'India' with their Avestan language and fire rituals and later created some slogans to form the Oral Vedas which was never in written form (modern Sanskrit) until after the 5th century AD.
These priest learnt the principles of the Samana tradition( the mother of Jainism and Buddhism) that originated in the Indus Valley Civilization and thrived all over the sub continent with Tamizh and started incorporating(stealing)it into their already existent vaiteegam (senseless fire ritual) and produced the Upanishad (later even the Bhagavad-Gita and Epics were hijacked) and became vegetarians.
For a solid philosophical footing which they needed in a highly philosophized Tamizh (Samana Palli language just as Prakrit is Jain and Pali is Buddhist) infused land(Sanatan Dharma- people's religiosity)about the 8th century scribes like Adi Sankara came up with Advaita logic that distorted the original Buddhist(Sunya-Void) thoughts and produced a dichotomical nonsense which did not last the test of time.
Later they took up the Tantric Samana Tamizh tradition about the 10th century and put forth the bakti methodology (blind surrender). This was inspired by the Christian tradition also. Bakti was based on subtle erotism and appealed to the masses(like cinemas). The high Samana Tantra philosophical basis was ruined for the newly conjectured Saiva and Vainava cult of the wretched puranic tales (porn stories).
This is the history of the Priestly class(Brahmins) that still retain their priesthood in the agamic temples(lifeless stone worship) that held sway through the bakti movement from the 10th century onwards. The consecutive non-Tamizh rulers( Brahmin admixtured race such as Vaduga Telugus) firmly rooted the new found 'Hindu' religion with its caste (karmic birth) institution (twisted from the Samana four occupational make-up of society aka Farmers, Merchants, Rulers, Philosophers) with the insidious brahmin malicious agenda of Non-Dharmic segregation (untouchability) which the colonial British gave the general name by which sealing the new found religion hence the Brahmanic hegemony as Hindooism....

You are doing a great job. I wish you great success. A few things to note. You have to learn how to pronounce all the phenomes in all Indian alphabets, may be you have to learn about 10 to 20 from what you additionally already know. In addition to this it would be good to learn tone and accent which is important in languages like Punjabi and some NE languages.
Mispronouncing words distracts listeners and conveys incorrect meanings and contexts, often covering up clues to further discoveries. Etymology of words, names are very important in historical analysis and research.
Unfortunately, most of the education in India is sloppy and positions are filled up with mediocre folks with legacy connections. This need to change.

Evidence for an aryan immigration or a Vedic civilization is absent at any time in history
Population genetics confirms the presence of Steppe ancestry from 2200bc until 1900bc when it appears the menace of frequent raids by indo european War Bands , compelled abandonment of the IVC cities and migration to safee regions.
The raids evidently moved to the indo gangetic plains from 1500bc until 100AD, During the period native AASI males were displaced, creating the new wide spread ANI population with Steppe ancestry.
The raids and the inter mixing ended with the practice of Endogamy and Caste hierarchy and segregation, apparently with the presence of large armies in the region also confirming the regular active presence of west eurasians
