Thank you for such informative videos, I’m from South Africa and even here the videos are not as informative as yours. Great job I hope that you could teach all Ironman outlets your information skills
One thing you do not mention and neither do the instruction is that the controller has a battery that will eventually will need replacement. Is a 23A battery that is not easy to find.
Have a quick question sir. I lost my controller so I bought a replacement. It only works with the cord attached but not with the wireless. Is there something to do with the wireless plug (the small black thing that attach to the solenoid)? Because I used the original wireless plug.
No sir. Each individual controller has a frequency code that matches the receiver inside the winch box on the vehicle. When you buy a controller it usually comes with a receiver.
@@ironman4x4philippines20 in that case I might need to buy a brand new one with receiver included. The replacement that I bought is a used one and doesn’t come with a receiver. Is it a simple DIY on fitting the receiver inside the box? Or do I need someone like auto electrician to do it.

Thanks sir. We will try to do so.
Thanks for the video sir. Awesome work. Can see your passion. I’m purchasing the 12000 in Australia and this is the best video by far. 🤘🤘
Thanks too sir!
Sir somehow youtube removed your comment. Is it okay to message me on FB with that link? That was interesting. My FB is Pablo Lu Ascoba

Great video. It’s like y’all made the exact winch I needed. Been trying to find a short winch and hated how everyone had the release on top.
The release you can turn too, front, top, back. That is the beauty of it.
@@ironman4x4philippines20 I bought one last night 😀.
@@suzuki14258 thanks.
Sir how much for the winch mount for hilux revo?plus 9500 synthetic winch?

For wireless yes. The 23A is readily availble in Handyman or Ace or TrueValue. Eveready Energizer.
Hi do these come with a isolating switch? thanks
Yes sir. The Isolation switch is built in the box. The moment you remove the controller wire or the wireless dongle the winch is deactivated.

@@fserenio its simple sir. Ask the owner of the used controller if he has his old winch still. Its just inside. I can help you install it.
hi sir, advantage of synthetic compared to steel rope?
Synthetic is lighter and cleaner than steel. More maintenance yet cheaper.
@@bamafencer12 I mean the biggest advantage is safety.
@@dylancampbell8064 correct! I have a synthetic one myself.
Boss Pablo please show us how to connect the synthetic rope to the spool please..
Sure sir. Will make a video of how I connect mine
