Lazy Girl Snacks - Vegan Sweets

  • Hello my wonderful friends! And welcome back to another video! Today we are making some lazy girl snacks and I hope you enjoy them!

    [00:57] Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Frozen Yogurt Bites
    -One small container of dairy-free yogurt
    -One half to one cup of fruit I used strawberries but blueberries would also be delicious
    -One to two tablespoons of cacao nibs optional
    Combine all the ingredients in a bowl. Meanwhile, line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone mini muffin mold. Scoop about one tablespoon of the mixture out and once all the mixture has been used up place in the freezer for at least 3 hours up to overnight. Once done can be stored in a freezer-safe container for a few weeks, Enjoy!
    [2:30] Short cut cinnamon Rolls
    -1 can premade crescent dough (vegan)
    -¼ butter
    -¼ cup brown sugar
    -1 tsp ground cinnamon
    -¼ cup powdered sugar
    -1 to ½ Tbs non-dairy milk
    To begin, preheat your oven or air fryer to 375° F and lay out a sheet of parchment paper. Open the can of crescent dough roll on the parchment paper and flatten it until you have one solid sheet. Take your butter and spread it across the crescent dough as evenly as possible. Meanwhile, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon together. Once mixed, sprinkle the brown sugar cinnamon mixture over the butter and spread it out as evenly as possible. Use the parchment to help roll the crescent dough tightly and then cut it into about 1 in pieces. Place in a lightly greased baking pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes. While the cinnamon rolls are baking make the icing. Mix powdered sugar and one tablespoon of non-dairy milk Stir until combined Add a tiny bit of milk at a time to thin out if needed but definitely add the milk and small increments so you don't get too runny of a mixture. Once the cinnamon rolls are done, set them out to cool for at least 5 minutes before icing and enjoy!
