Had the same component break on my boat...cam lever on the throttle. Broke with the throttle wide open....I was trimming it up out of the water to drain it before a nasty winter storm set to be less than 10F. It was very fun to work on in the rain while 45F outside 😂.

Man I can't help but feel so jealous of the amount of amazing fish you guys have over there!! Here on the coast of Maine Unfortunately we don't have many choices other then some big tuna or striped bass, however we do have some of the best lobster possible lol. Much love from the coast of Maine 🤙 🤙

You're so right about that Sprite can people also need to be conscious about what they put in their body. But there's a silver lining to every cloud you can use that for your fire! I grew up on an island. Used to fish and die just like you right off the beach.
I think when I turned about 40 I bought my own boat and did all my diving and fishing with my dogs. Now I live off the grid in the mountains. I wanted to experience that type of lifestyle and I love it

Just leave the gear exposed and do it manually. Had to do things like this before it’s a pain, but you can click straighten out that throttle linkage for clicking in gear and just manually click it in and then throw it when you have both motors again
Always keep several tubes of JB Weld in your toolkit you can easily repair that broken lever. The cable lever. It's liquid metal and it cures within 1/2 an hour. Yes JB Weld is an epoxy metal that is useful for about 1000 kinds of repairs. Look it up and get some guys
