I hate it when people call Showcase “the Showcase Showdown” FYI THE SHOWCASE SHOWDOWN IS THE WHEEL (sorry if I’m overreacting I just get really ticked when people say it’s the Showcase Showdown)
I admit the avatars were not well done, but the feel of the gameshow is alive in this game. I based my enjoyment of the game on the presentation/fun of the pricing games. Was it perfect? No. However, it was still fun. As for the clips on youtube, I agree. It was still nice to have them. It gives a reason to keep playing, and thats something most gameshow video games don't have.
This is one of those games that won't sell even in the $10 bin in the Best Buy checkout line. It's a shame too, because there is potential here. I'd like to see a "1 vs 100" style presentation. Stream in the prizes to keep them modern and relevant, use Mii characters for the contestants, use the real host voice, etc. For $40 I expect a bit more than this.
I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks the computer players get insanely lucky on the wheel. I had a game where BOTH of my opponents got a dollar on the first spin. One quick clerical note: the wheel is the Showcase Showdown. The showcases are just the showcases.

Bob kicking the game! ROFL! If I may suggest a really fun wii game to try out for a future review, I'd suggest Samba de Amigo. It came out this week and I think it's great. :)
I thought about complaining about that, but it occurred to me. It shouldn't be skip-able. They are trying to describe a prize to you that your trying to win. You need to know the details.
This looks like a blast even though the cars are out of date. They probably worked their butt off designing it. After the price lowers I just might snatch up a copy. I hate it when the computer cheats! I enjoy playing blackjack, but it seems like every time I get a 20 in any video game blackjack the computer gets a 21. Madness I tell you.
To Ivanegarcia: Don't forget about ANIMAL CROSSING: CITY FOLK and WARIOWARE...well, sorta, for WARIOWARE, they're only used in the KELORIES thing... *Whirr*

Hi me again and, I watched this video again and I have some questions [because I may buy it] 1 do you get to create your own guy/girl 2you said "you only need one wiimote to play" but CAN you use extra wiimotes or do you HAVE to use one wiimote?
You get a choice of eight different characters. They are pretty generic. No you can't use more then one wiimote unfortually. It will turn off any other wiimote that it activated at the time. I wanted to do the same thing but it wasn't possible.
This is a suggestion nothing more but you should rent either smackdwon vs raw 2009 or tna impact your call because im really hesitant of buying wchich one anyway great review and i actually bought this game the second i was done watching this review
Why do you say that? I think the game looks just like the TV show. The only negative I can think of when it comes to the looks is I wish the video clips were bigger.

It's what the Wiimote looks like when its on the screen. Trust me this is the Wii version...I don't even own the PC version.
