This is far and away my favorite interview with both of them. They were both so young and fresh, fame was just ahead of them. Robin is absolutely warm and hilarious. Pam is so genuine and adorable. Bob, this is fantastic and I very much appreciate you posting this treasure. They seem quite at ease with you.
Aaaaw, he's so freakin' adorable! I just want to squeeze him. . . . I love you Mr. Williams, I, no, we, will all miss you. I hope that one day, we will meet in Heaven. ^w^
***** Yeah, as long as he kept his weight down. He had a tendency to gain weight. He looked good in his movies in the eighties and nineties....I liked him in The World According to Garp, The Survivors, Moscow on the Hudson, Club Paradise, The Best of Times with a really hot Kurt Russell, Good Morning Vietnam, Dead Poet's Society, Hook....etc. You get the idea....
I'm not 100% sure but I think it was later that day when he came to meet me. I told him I liked that shirt & he wore it on a lot of tv apperences after that. I know it was before he was on The Paul Ryan Show with John Ritter. I miss Robin so much! I wish someone would post the full interview he did on The Johnny Carson Show in 1981.
@@beckyj5875 you must feel such pride to have been related to such a caring and sensitive soul! I hope you and your family had the best experiences with him! His private humour must have been wild! ❤️❤️❤️
@@TheMeasuredSwan Thank you. It was mostly just me that was with him. I wanted to move to Cali so I could be closer to him but I was a child at the time & I couldn't. Believe it or not he didn't play around as much off stage as he did onstage. Of course he did some but not much but I did have fun with him & I still miss him so much.
1) So, Pam was sneaking up to Michigan State when she was 15/16. Ha ha..... 2) Wonder whatever became of Tom Winberry? 3) Robin didn't have body hair. He had FUR.
He was pretty serious here and in that other interview. Must have had some down time. He didn't look high. Maybe he took something to chill out so he was in a low mood.
Pam and Robin were excellent together. Pam really enjoyed the antics of Robin.

I love Pam’s laugh and smile, she has such a positive aura about her, very beautiful lady...
Agreed. She has the best laugh! You could tell they had so much fun together.
She was always one of his favorite people
aw, he was so cute. they had great chemistry!
Cute interview....he had charisma to spare..they both did...
It’s such a shame they don’t make shows like this anymore.
Yes, he was handsome.

Aw, I miss him still.
He's beautiful
Thank goodness someone let his light shine bright instead of holding him back
Thank you for this. Such a remarkable man. Interviewer is horrible, but Pam saves it with her laugh. ❤️ Robin is sorely missed.
WOW! They were just kids then. Thanks!!!
Wow! I never saw this! The show premiered when I was 18!!
He wore the same shirt in his "Live at the Roxy" performance a few months later in the HBO special.
Gracias por subir el vídeo.
Someone posted an interview of John Ritter and Robin Williams from the same time period. It was so interesting and 30 min long!
_[Robin. ;u; He's so cute~ >u
Good Cop/Bad Cop Yes he was.
Robin: “God Tom was incredible. I had Tom.”
Pam: “oh yeah? Then you know what I’m talking about.”
😂😂😂 ⚰️
They where quite a balance
Gawd, he was hot... 🥵💕

Are you his cousin?
@@TheMeasuredSwan His mom & my grandma are cousins.

+shannonm75 His cousin was with him & he wasn't on drugs when she was with him.
So pam kept him grounded?
This is the best interviewer they could come up with? It's painful to watch.
Never seen this interview before. Robin was quite a nutty as a fruitcake.
He didn't smile too much in this interview. . . .
Maybe he felt shy....he wasn't that famous at this point.
So Robin had tom? Lol, lol, wow.
