Dr Manzur Ejaz- Sir I have a huge request that please pass your knowledge of Punjabi literature. I suggest that you make video of top 20 sher of famous poets and explain each one in English. This would connect to young generation like me who have to Google meanings of difficult words. Please sir. Strong admirer of you. May Allah bless you and give you a long healthy life.
@18:28 Five basic things in Tantarvad: 1- Maas (meat), 2- Mashhi (fish), 3- Madh (alcohol), 4- Madra (roasted barley), 5-Mathona (intercourse) @Previous epi: Shivling in early Veda
Connecting tantra with Indus valley era is very interesting, surprising . Knowing about Shah Husains liberal thought s in respect of sex and woman is even more full of insight. Similarly it's interesting that word tantra is derived from tan is simply Mind blowing . Mudra in tantra so far I have read is something else than Dr. Sab refers to. Its about body postures .
Correction: The census comparison is from 1881-1941 era and NOT from 1881-1921. ref Demography of the Punjab (1849-1947) by Gopal Krishan This discussion reveals an important historical fact, which is not talked about at all, that our ancestors were Buddhists for about a thousand years with concentration from 300BC to 300AD. I hope the next discussion will shed some light, how we got converted from Buddhism "back" to Hinduism. Islam came to Punjab in years 1000s. Also, the Aryan-Dravidian (DaraviRi) theory was developed around 1800 by the British (which today's elite Hindu scholars do not accept). Please elaborate if the discovery of HaRappa civilization in 1922, supported the Aryan-Dravidian theory or debunked it?
How did the majority populace react to every new invader/ ruler of history? Did they welcome the newcomers with a hope of being liberated from the previous conditions or the change brought a misery for prosperous people?
Dr. Sahib attributed occult beliefs to agrarian society which was Harappa and materialism to pastoral society which was of Arians. But then the discussion became very confusing when it turned the other way around. Arians became religious minded despite their pastoralism and Dravidians became scientific despite being agrarians. The whole premise is left behind.
Many of the things are distorted facts and only looking at one part of side ...targeting only Hinduism ...what else we can expect from two Muslims sitting in Pakistan 🇵🇰 ....
Utterly compelling way of seeing and understanding the past. I’m surprised so few have listened to this refreshing perspective by Dr. Manzur Ejaz
