Cracked iPad Air 3 / iPad Pro Screen? Watch me Restore it!

What's up guys! In this video I wanted to share with you how to restore a cracked screen on an iPad Air3 or an iPad Pro 10.5". This iPad Air 3 had a full working digitizer and lcd so I was able to refurbish and only replace the cracked glass. During the repair the digitizer did get a scratch which if customer did not approve the repair I would replace the digitizer glass. Luckily the customer approved the repair as is for discount:)

great video, id advise you to clean the lcd on a magic mat, dont use the heat plate as one single pressure when cleaning could cause a line or bruise

i am glad i watched this video lol , i was going to try and replace my kids Air 3 screen but after seeing you do it i am 100% i cant do it so my kid gets to enjoy his broken but working ipad a bit longer - otherwise it would have been broken completely by me trying t fix it.

You did fantastic ! Love it...lol..You explain everything perfect, and make it look easy, but I know that I could not do that. You mention how they sell another screen instead, and that the good screen cost about $200. ❓ My question is how much does that really matter? Especially since a protective screen will be placed over the new repaired screen...Because of cost I would go with less expensive screen if it is not a huge deal. Money a problem.

Gotta update my autoclave have 4 samsung tab s7 plus tablets , glass only repair , but 12.4 inches wide (315mm) most autoclave are only 12 inches Lil too small does your fit 12.4 tab s7 plus ? Cheers Wayne

in your opinion are the digis more fragile on the 11 inch pros? ipad air 4/5. Lately have had to replace digis about 1/2 the time.

@@MrPhoneDoctor I was trying to separate the glass (broken) and the screen (the black part) but separated the glass and screen from whatever the panel it was glued to.

You will have to just buy an entire new lcd assembly.
