    1. Do knee strengthening exercises regularly. This helps in strengthening legs muscles that support the knee and save knee from jerks. I have made a video in which I have explained 4 knee strengthening exercises which are super effective.
    2. Your footwear should be comfortable and soft.
    3. Your movements should be gentle. Knee joints should be guarded against extra pressure and jerks. Road running is trending these days, but I have seen in my practice that this destroys the knees.
    4. Use of stairs should be restricted.
    5. Do not squat on the floor. Sit on a chair or stool. Do not use Indian style toilet.
    6. To support knees while walking use knee cap.
    7. Reduce weight if you are overweight.
