    Michael's' wild turkey nuggets are a delicious treat. Michael begins by cutting his wild turkey into small nuggets and then places them in a dill pickle and jalapeno pickle juice brine. He lets the nuggets sit overnight or for several hours. Once they are ready, he makes his batter and throughs the turkey nuggets in the batter. Peanut oil is used for frying these tasty treats, and once they float to the top and are golden brown, they are ready.

    David shares two dipping sauces a spicy honey mustard sauce that his wife likes and a poblano ranch dipping sauce to top the nuggets off.
    The second way David shows how to cook a turkey is with an immersion circulator-placing the wild turkey with a Sous Vide Wild Turkey brine into the bag and putting it into the immersion circulator to cook at 145 degrees. With a little bit of olive oil, he places it on the grill to get a sear. After the meat is done, he slices to get juicy turkey tenders.
