Shoulder pain/cramping and elbow tightening (where you feel the urge to extend the elbow to make it pop), for example if a baby/toddler falls asleep on your arm and you know you did not lay in a correct position of shoulder positioning. Lower back/SI discomfort with carrying 20lb toddler on hip, where you feel like you need to try to pop/crack lower back but it won't release. THANK YOU AND CONGRATULATIONS!

I’ve been trying to find resources for this exact pain for 6 months. This is going to change my life!!!!! I’ve been dealing with upper shoulder/neck pain since October from pregnancy and am now 6 months postpartum. Any suggestions or tips on overall neck/shoulder pain would be so helpful. I’m interested in stretching to warm up those areas and even strengthening to help my be a better mom ❤

I've been having the WORST lower back pain since I started breastfeeding. It's ok both sides above my glutes.
