Ford Fiesta Crank but No Start - Check your relays!

  • Check your relays to make sure they are working properly! Also check and clean any corrosion in the fuse box, but do NOT use more than just a very light coating of die electric grease on your fuse and relay contacts.
Side note: There were no codes at all in the computer indicating any kind of problem. This car has the manual transmission. If you have the automatic, another big issue causing an intermittent no start would be a failing TCM module. You will generally get a “TCM / PCM communication” code if that is your problem.

Good day! We were just watching your channel and you seem very informative. We are having this problem with my 2011 Ford fiesta we had to change the NVLD system which we dead. We finally got some crank to the car but now it is sticking in the crank position, but won’t roll over. I have to manually turn it off or it will continue to roll over. Do you have any idea why this would happen? It is definitely not the spark plugs and we’re pretty sure it’s not the fuel pump. Do you have any suggestions?
    Thanks for your time !

we've just bought a 2014 1.6 ddci fiesta and are having a similar issue. The car won't start. It turns over and cranks but the clutch won't go all the way down to the floor. But when it does try to start it wants to pull forward. We think its the clutch cable or the clutch itself but not sure until we get it looked at this week. From what I've read crankshaft sensor is a common problem son maybe look into that
