2/3 of the money is going to the cardinal in the capital. From what I can remember of the math you get a portion depending on your highest ranked leader.
The pontiff gets all the money regardless of other factions.
Bishops don't count, Arch Bishop are 1, Cardinals are 2.
So in this case there's a Neutral Cardinal in the capitol so the neutrals have a value of 2 while you have a value of 1 this means that the yearly contribution gets divided by 3 with 1/3 going to you and the rest to the neutrals.
Ah, El. The faction of luck, bless, and the untold amounts of praying for something other than a pilgrim to help conquest. I definitely know the pains of El, I played them once and got blasted by the Primal Gate, played them again and got hit with the Inferno, only just barely surviving and destroying the gate, watching my starting area get flooded with demons that I could not banish. As well as watching angels flying over water and getting themselves killed. In the end, you seem to of gotten a really lucky start and I cannot wait to see how this one plays out, especially since a lot of your enemies have non-human forces to fight you.

Also seriously, the first bless effect is pierce resistance >:C. I always get either strength, health, or morale for my first set. A shame it wasn't armor or awe. Those would've helped a lot, but it's definitely a good set for a bless.
