I've been playing Ambessa top and jungle and I think Black Cleaver is still core. Although it is not a good item, it practically gives you all the statistics you need. The extra armor reduction allows you to get kills even when you are behind not to mention that it stacks instantly with the Ambessa kit. But I've only played it in emerald elo so maybe my opinion is not so valid xd I lov ur videos dude!

I understood a '100 to 0' trade as something like 'hit and retreat', where instead of looking for an all in (like a darius or a jax would) you go in, give them a quick smack in the face and get out before getting hit (like a Riven or a Rengar would). This does not look as the most powerful trade, since you only chip a bit of the enemy health. But do several of these correctly and you will end up having a decent amount of health while the enemy is low enough for you to all in (Camille example on the video).

personally i think boots + biscuit/cosmic and transcendence + nimbus are 2 best options for 2nd runes, bone plate + shield bash is only good vs all in statcheckers.
No, bone and bash is good into matchups she can actually win early and snowball, and stat sticks arent those matchups. She needs to outscale stat sticks by playing safe, not fighting them in lane, and scaling less without conditioning+overgrowth into a stat stick feels like it takes too long to outscale them
Havent tried attack speed shard that much but i rate ability haste very high on her. Also u r not a riven who wants to dominate early, when u ve ur first item the +8 ah feel very good imo
Depends on your skill level. Garen is easy to pick up, but it is still difficult to play in higher elo. Ambessa is all about spacing and weaving aa's in between.

I’m been having some good success with grasp as it helps in the early game and provides a bit more health in the late game too
as a tip for the ulti: It works like yasuo ult in that it will always put you outside of tower range if you dive someone (if possible)

Hey just finished watching the guide wondering why not go blackcleaver 2nd instead of shojin or blackcleaver 3rd
BC 2nd is not as strong if the enemy isn't stacking armor, shojin amplifies both abilities and passive dmg which is really nice
