Perricard was forced to show other parts of his game in this match. It is like that when he plays Musetti too. Dude is very calm. I saw some good returns beyond just blocking the ball into play. If he improves his movement to a level similar to Musetti's, Sinner's, Alcaraz's or Monfils, then the tour will have another problem on its hands. Well done to both players and congrats to Perricard.
Physically he can never have the same level of movement obviously due to his length, but no doubt he can improve on that. Maybe, since he is French, he should call Wembanyama and ask his stretch routine.
It's difficult to move if you're over 2 meters tall, like Perricard. That's why Karlovic, Isner and Opelka haven't accomplished much despite their big serves.
Medvedev is one of the best movers in the tour.....zverev is also a great mover and both are very tall.....gmp can also be a good mover if he wants to....

I really hope Giovanni can bring it at the slams, he is so fun to watch...no grunting and not an excessive fistpumper like 99% of today's players..and he does it with a one hander. His movement and avoiding injuries will be a concern..
Eventhough I had picked Ben to win, Mpetshi pleasantly surprised me here. Yes he has a monster serve too, but the way he kept his head during some powerful exchanges showed me he has real talent. Ben is getting much better, but he wasn't allowed to keep any rhythm. Mpetshi wouldn't let hi in. Bravo to both guys. I am a fan of both.
