Her origin story is interesting but she not telling the whole stories. I actually know the gentleman who taught her. He's actually a very good DJ and amazing teacher (in the city and virtually). They were actually dating at the time, he taught her how to DJ and got her started in the business. It's a shame she didn't give him the proper credit and recognition, he literally changed her whole life, speaks highly of her and her career. He goes by the name Craig Brooklyn (just to give him his flowers). Steph Honey is an amazing dj too, see her play many times, and it's always a great playlist. Great interview regardless!

Please be very careful when divulging people’s personal information, especially when relationships are at play. I have always been grateful for his role in my start, but not responsible for the initiative I took to grow it into what it is today. For future, reach out for clarity.
