Very very pretty❤❤❤❤
Such a cute variation, love it.
Thank you :). They come out every fall :)
Love it. You are a great teacher!
That makes me so happy to hear! Thank you 😍
I love them all! I like things to not be quite so perfect. These are so cute. Thanks for sharing this! ❤👍🏻
You are so welcome!
Yes a slower one with worsted weight would be incredibly helpful. The written pattern doesn't say when to change colors. I want to get it. I know how to crochet.
Hi Rachel the instructions are there :). Here is a link should take you right to the part you need. www.prettydarnadorable.com/2020/09/24/crochet-farmhouse-pumpkin-pattern/#Personalize_your_Farmhouse_Crochet_Pumpkin
Excellent pumpkin pattern - thank you!
You are so welcome!
Oh wow I La la love these!!!!! Sooooo cute! I can’t wait to get started making some! Thanks for sharing such beautiful little pumpkins! Great job! 🙏❤️🌻
You are so welcome!
You are right about the holes on the bottom. I just filled that layer with same color yarn and the rest with regular fiber fill. Adorable pumpkins! Thank You!
That's a great idea!
Thanks for another variety to add to my patch!
My pleasure!
These are wonderful! I have been making pumpkins but these are quite different. Can’t wait to try them.
Hope you enjoy!
By the way thank you for sharing your talents. Love the pumpkins 🎃
+Mariann Lindberg you are so welcome 😍
this looks so cool! 😊
Thank you :)
I love these!!!❤ I’ve been making pumpkins all week and I can’t wait to add these beauties to my decor!
Always love hearing from you :-) I need to get making my pumpkins. I keep making other things and the Canadian Thanksgiving is going to be here before I know it so I better get the lead out. So glad you enjoy making them.❤
@@prettydarnadorable …🥰🥰🥰
Omg I thought I was the only one that got my own hair in my project. Lol.
+Mariann Lindberg lol omg my gosh so much! I just got 14 inches cut off so we will see if this helps 😂
Thes are really cute. I've been making pumpkins for years plain or with a couple of colors and some hombre colors but I love these. Definitely going to try one.
Thanks so much 😊. Have fun!
Love love love!!! 🎃 🥰
Thanks Julie :) I can certainly never hear that enough! xo😍
the written pattern is always helpful to follow along with, too♥these are adorable, thanks for sharing, as always! when i crochet my hair into projects, i usually frog back to the hair as i don't want to give a hairy project as a gift.
Thanks so much :). And that's a good idea - I seem to find them once my project is done! Lately my projects are looking pretty hairy 🤣
I am constantly crocheting my hair into my projects. I just pull it slowly and if it snaps I get what I can and don’t worry about it from there. lol
I love these and can’t wait to make some!
Love that! Sometimes I wonder if I should just wait and go around with my scissors LOL.
Have fun! I hope you enjoy making them :)
I do!
El estambre está precioso gracias por compartir
Hi. I'm a beginner. Thank you and Happy Holidays to you and yours always Beautiful ⚘️
Same to you
Thank you so much for making the video, very beautiful. I'm making some now following along with you. My hair does that all the time, it's EVERYWHERE around my house so I keep one area I crochet in & before I go in I brush thru my hair & put it up in a ponytail or up some other way by I would almost guarantee that everything I make has at least one in it. There's no way to get it out once it's in there that I know of. Lol
Never thought to brush my hair first! That is perfect - mind you I just got it cut waaay short so hopefully less will fall out. I usually end up getting a tiny pair of shears and cutting it as close as I can to the project.
Walmart has a variety pack of doll needles for around 5 dollars. They work very well for these.
Have tons of bernat blanket yarn...I think this pattern works perfect with the plush yarn...😁
+Sue Draus that will be so beautiful
Omg...they turned out fabulous i sold all but 4

I know this is a older video so hopefully youll see my comment :) Cute pumpkins.
So for my first I decided to make a pumpkin w worsted/1 strand to practise. One thing I noticed is when you did the first color change your pumpkin isbalready starting to curve up the sides. I did 40 stitches on my increases (for a medium size) and did 2 rows of color changes and its still flat.. Is that because I did it w a single strand? That doesnt seem right. I usually make my pumpkins in a rectangle so doing one in the round is very different. (Which is nice). Very experienced crocheter too - its just not curving up like yours.
Love the look of these cute pumpkins! Can you verify - we don’t turn after joining the 2nd color and chaining 3 (beginning of round 4) - the way it shows in all the other rounds? In the video, it looks like you chain 3 with the second color and then skip a stitch and then begin the first hdc (without a turn)? Thanks!
You don’t need to turn. As long as you keep turning after your first textured round you will be good. Hope this helps! So glad you like them.
@@prettydarnadorable Thanks so much!
Hi there! I am a total beginner and I bought the same yarns and find your video! I want to know if you have a beginner video for the super adorable pumpkin!
If you know basic stitches for sure!
Can you please make a Beginners video for this pattern
Can you post one for a beginner. Thank you. These are super cute!
I will try! So glad you like them!
I have long dark hair and I crocheted and all the time. I’m using the document and it’s for me I don’t worry but I will take a smaller crochet hook and it’s not for me and you can see it and gently weave it out
My hair always ends up in my projects. It's hard to get our if you dont catch it in time. Least for me. Lol
LOL yup and they sound and feel of it snapping when i try to get it out totally gives me the hee bee jeebies!
Ohmygosh, these are stunning! I followed along with your video, making the medium size, and the printed pattern for reference. I found a few instructions a bit off, but figured it out once I got going. Those dang seam joins get me every time … but that’s not exclusive to your pattern - it’s a ‘me’ thing 😂 What threw me was when to turn or just keep going in a spiral - the video and written pattern was conflicting. Also, when I’d be just listening and crocheting, and not watching, and I’d hear you say “yarn over and chain one” …I’d have to back up and see what I missed = just “chain one”. Otherwise, I adore this pattern and will be making a LOT of these beauties this season. By the way, your voice is so soothing and encouraging - I look forward to more projects to come! 🎃
Hey Karen thank you sooo much for the feedback I really appreciate the time you took to write it up. I can definitely get on autopilot after making so many of them so a fresh eye and EAR really helps. I will have a read and listen this weekend and try to make the pattern clearer. Thank you so much again - truly it is because of people taking the time that help me improve. xo
These are the cutest pumpkins ever. Even though I'm a beginner, I know all of these stitches. I got to the point where I did 1 row of the half double crochet, chain, skip, repeat but on the 2nd row of this pattern after I changed color, my stitch did not pull up to the height of my round. Do you know what I could have done wrong? I'm going to keep trying because I love these!!! Thank you
Hey Kim - can you email me a picture at cyprianne@prettydarnadorable.com?
Keep in mind your stitch will be a bit short you need to pull it up:)
thanks so much for the prompt response, but I figured out what i was doing wrong! @@prettydarnadorable
@@kimmanning8828 that’s great!!! I’d love to see them if you wanna share a picture. Instagram @prettydarnadorable.
Spooktober
Hey Spooktober how was your donut?
I don't know why, but I'm finding it hard to find the top of the stitch to go into after turning the work. Which side of the stitch are you going into, left or right?
Some times you need to shift your stitches to find the top loops. The right side of the stitch from the row below the last row done should be facing you.

Hey Christians mom again! It's me patrick still. How's Christian doing? Hope you and your family as doing well
Hi Patrick - we are all doing well. Christian misses you lots. I hope you are enjoying school How are you all doing?
I like to knit and crochet and there are always pieces of me in every project. I try to remove the hair as best as I can.
I love that :). LOL No matter what I do mine ends up in my project as well :)
How do I get info on computers
Do you mean the pattern?
Where i connect them always looks awful. I have thoufht i was doing right over and iver and it ends up looking awful.
Hey Rachel - why don't you send me a photo and lets try to figure it out. prettydarnadorable@gmail.com
Did you make a beginner video? Tried to make these and they turned out to be a hot mess. Help!!! 😂
OH NO! I am planning but have a few videos ahead - happy to help though just send me an email in the meantime :)
I found your video hard to understand. What you are doing is not matching what you are saying.
I am so sorry Joanne - was there a specific part? Would like to try and help if I can.
