I love how Eliot wins the hacking torunament not by typing extremely fast like how a usual sterotypical hacker god would, but by simply being 10 times more aware of the situation and all options than the other hackers, he barely even uses time or energy in the scene to do the hack. He is not about speed, but efficency and strategy

Sam Esmail is a genius, this show is a gem. After watching the whole show for a second time you realize the story is as much about Darlene as it is about Elliot.
Episode 3x05 was made of several one takes sequences, edited to seem like the episode was a 45 minutes long one take. Still, absolutely wonderful and brilliant, one of my favourite episodes of mr robot and TV in general, just like the mute episode and the 5 acts episode (4x05 and 4x07)

From the two lines being "You don't need to say anything" (start) and "It's time we talked" (end), to the episode title being "Not Allowed" (Not aloud), to the fact that despite normally having a ton of dialogue, I didn't even notice that there wasn't any. God I love this show.

With all my respect for Elliot's story, I would love to watch another season. Mr. Robot changed my life. I'm not hacking but Elliot changed something deeper in me. I saw something greater than myself inside me. Now I don't have a disorder, but he made me believe and I started something like a new life. Just in a few short weeks.

New Yorks hacker scene is actually like this from what I’ve read on forums. It’s the biggest in the US since the 90s , it’s why the 1995 hackers movie is in ny and probably why it gets referenced in season 1
I really love this part. It makes me feel like the real world connected with the fiction of "Mr. Robot" in this part. It shows geeks meeting a real genius hacker, and they don't even know it.

Por esta serie me dio curiosidad de aprender a usar kalilinux. No soy hacker pero al menos aprendí a hacer el man in the middle para robar la clave de wifi de mi vecino jejeje. Quisiera tener 15 hoy con toda este acceso a la tecnología y hasta los 18 ya fuera hacker nivel experto, pero tengo 39 y debo dedicarme a mis ocupaciones de adulto. Aprovechen jovenes de esta generación y sean grandes programadores. Un saludo desde la generación X.

Si te dedicas, para tus 40 o 41 ya estuvieras aplicando para pentester.
@@Tux0xFF Y esos salarios son de los mas altos que puedes tener en el campo de la tecnología. Yo estoy trabajando proyectos pequeños de desarrollo de páginas web con bases de datos e inteligencia de negocio pero estoy aprendiendo para meterme en el campo de analista de datos porque la paga es mayor pero mi meta final es en el área de la seguridad cibernética.
El campo de la seguridad requiere el mayor conocimiento de todas áreas de la tecnología como redes, lenguajes de programación, dispositivos electrónicos, estructura de aplicaciones, páginas web etc. Hay que aprender un poco de todo para poder lograr el éxito en ese campo.

Si, requiere un conocimiento amplio, pero la parte de desarrollo tambien en bien amplio, hayque aprender unit testing, metodologias agiles, arquitectura de software a gran escala, toma toda una vida, te puedes convertir en creador de frameworks como Laravel o Vue.js, depende hasta donde quieras llegar. De desarrollador a pentesting no te sera un camino dificil, los mas destacados saben programar bien, puedes ver en Hacker1 la entrevista de Stok, el es un pentester pero no puede programar, y el otro que es Tom Nom Nom que si sabe programar y notaras la diferencia
