Beautiful engine !
We can see there is an empty space where should be a starter motor. Maybe adding this missing part is the first thing to do. Strange it's not included.
Then, to my eyes, the ugly exhaust pipes have to be replaced by two shiny new pipes, maybe a little bigger in diameter to look closer to those we find on full scale V-twins.
At last, it needs a heavy machined stand, with silent-blocks to allow the engine to vibrate as it should.
