    I love how u explain everything! Technical, but clear and simple! I want to make this baked chocolate tart ♡ and I want to make the lemon merengue as well, I think the passion fruit is a really good addition.

    What an awesome dessert! 😋 I adopted the recipe into six 3” tarts, 3mm thickness. My family loved it! My 85 year old dad, who is usually not a fan of desserts, adores it and said that I should make this on a regular basis! Thank you Hanbit! 🙏

    Thanks Hanbit, I’ve tried the recipe and it taste amazing. I used tart ring for the first time and you’re right it’s much prettier and easier compared to tart pan, I just need more practice to do it quickly especially during warm summer day.

    Hi Hanbit, thank you so much for the great content! I made this tart yesterday and it was excellent.
    Could you please share the depth of the perforated tart ring you used? It would be useful to know when scaling up/down the recipe. Could you also share the depth of the smaller tartlet rings you use in your other videos.
    Also, your tart shells look absolutely perfect. Is there anything you do to tidy them up e.g smooth the edges with a fine micro plane?

    to get it more crispy, maybe you could add a little cacao butter like (Barry-Chocolate Micryo) over the tart when it a little warn before it cooldown ?

    I really enjoy your videos as an inspiring baker. I have a question that I would love your input on. If I make this recipe with one tart using a 9.5 inch tart pan, can I follow the recipe here? Will the ingredients that I need for the filling increase linearly? Also do you recommend a minimum amount of cooling time after cooking?

    Hi hanbit I had tried it.. It turn up to be well... But I just feel tat it is slightly too sweet or.. I'm using the brand as wat u r using dark callets 54.5%... Hmm.. can I replace with milk chocolate or any other brand that is less sweet? Looking forward to your advise. Thanks a lot.
