Whether they were playing or more like arguing like a married couple (lol), it was hilarious to watch the actions/reactions. Both definitely had 'airplane ears' -- lol!! Oh, the saga of the Floppa and Sogga -- lol! Such beautiful kitties!! 💕🐈🐾💕🐈🐾
Servals have a ritual dance they do with each other that’s very similar and only sometimes leads to aggression, but caracals react differently and tend to battle from the ground like this one. So it’s possible those are two different behavioral languages happening.
I would say it isnt a fight, but perhaps a play fight. When domestic cats go at it, their body language becomes more extreme and noisy to warn each other they mean business and to try and force each other to back down.
The Caracal definitely is submitting and it's glad that the Serval didn't pursue. Although, in reality, I think the Caracal could whip the Serval easily.
That’s true though. Caracals are stronger, and what they lack in speed against a Serval, one good neck bite and a Serval would be done for. But these 2 grew up with each other. Never saw an attempt of actual fighting between, any bad blood, between them. They actually get quite upset with us if we have to separate them for any reason 😅 they’re a fully committed and mated pair for life.

@@samwisehuluberlu2210 Servals have far superior body language, being able to resolve conflicts without much violence with a set of gestures known as the serval dance. They seem to be able to almost magically control their adversary's response gestures. As many videos show, even other species like domestic cats or dogs don't really know what to do about this. Furthermore servals have a rather active approach to social interactions, even when this just intends to win territorial disputes, while caracals are rather submissive and defensive, giving the serval the initiative. It's not only about raw power.
In the wild…possibly. Though don’t underestimate the serval. They definitely have a fighting change due to their agility and speed. Caracals are clumsier and somewhat slower in their reactions. Caracals are stronger and have immense bite strength, but they’d have to get a good grip on the serval first. Though I’m curious, I hope I never see an actual fight in a video from the wild 🥴
Serval = mini cheetah
Caracal = mini Puma
The Serval always seems so polite when approaching.
fr! they seem way more chill
You're an Animal Rival
Caracal: wants to hunt
Serval: wants someone to play with
I think we are just witnessing a language barrier in animal form, they wanna communicate but it's getting misunderstood
Disagree
They're both felines, right?
Floppa & Sogga, a rivalry that exists since time immemorial
More like old married couple in our case 🤭 since they make babies together.
whoa what are the babies like?@@velvetexotics1362
Serval : I wanna play! Caracal : Forget IT!
Serval : I REALLY wanna play! Caracal : P155 0FF !
Serval cat is quite talkative 😂

Exactly what I was thinking too 😂
Serval wants to play, caracal is annoyed
Until it’s his turn to play and annoy her 😂 Cats… 🤷🏻♀️

The Serval seems to need a lot more activity than the Caracel
They’re both pretty active animals 😄
Just beautiful animals..

It Looks Absolutely Like Liepard and Absol From Pokemon Black and White
This caracal hates serval so much , this serval is very polite
My two F1 caracats do the same exact thing!!!!!! ❤😂. Beast mode lol😂
Yes! 😂😻😻😻
Reminds me of a cougar and cheetah
Awesome 🤩🤩🤩
Thats 100% play vibes
Two very different behaviors
Only 5.8 hpm (hisses per minute): He was angrier before at this Serval ☺

Cats lying with their bellies above is a sign of submission
And trust
They also do that as a defensive position to use their 4 paws like knives

India doesnt have serval cat. India has leopard tiger lion snow leopard and many other cat species
@@Shrav-sj2cv Like his head moves though! It's so indian. 😂 it's a joke mah friend.
The attacker is the Serval, it is a bully.
They are messing around, but the serval is the alpha.
Because Floppa let him be.
Caracals are way stronger than servals.
Serval’s the female, so of course she’s the alpha 😎😂

Serval and Caracal is probably fight because Serval is playing with Caracal and the Caracal defend him self from the Serval.
Nope, just playing. Just like normal cats, sometimes one cat just wants to play more than another.

Sarvals are more civilized, and social.
