It is so amazing to me as I move closer to the word, how corrupted the church has become in its teachings. I think it is simply because so many people don't read their bible other than a "verse of the day", and just absorb what their pastor is passing on to them. There is so much tradition in my Baptist congregation, it's hard for me to keep my mouth shut sometimes. I don't want to be a stumbling block. Bless you, brother!
Precisely! So well said… and I feel the same way. There is so much I don’t point out because I don’t want to cause others to stumble…. They put their hope and faith in an “afterlife” in Heaven that will be rich and fun and exciting and they’ll be there for eternity. Nowhere is that concept to be found in the Bible. That’s pagan through and through.
I grew up Baptist. I need fellowship but CanNOT make myself go to church. If I did it would only be for fellowship _ not for teaching. The Romans corrupted the teaching on purpose through the bidding of Satan, and those lies have been taught in seminary since the very beginning, when Jesus talked to the churches through John in Revelation.

I have written some things to our Pastor, because he seems more open at times... and I want to be able to share things I see, or to test my own... interpretations.. .rightly. That's what fellowship is supposed to be about - iron sharpening iron. I don't imagine the Bereans went alone into their inner chambers and explored Scripture independently. I imagine they rather did that but ALSO talked it out, reasoning with one another, testing to see whether these things were so. We all need that. I'm not convinced that I understand everything Scripture has to teach us 100% correctly, but I do know that paganism is found throughout the Church in it's history... particularly since it intentionally divorced itself from the Land and People of Israel (and thereby, in many ways the very God of Israel). That is why the church focuses so intently on the "New Testament", "Easy Believism" and the Love of Christ. So many either ignore or are ignorant of the "Old Testament" (I detest even that word, as it implies it's outdated). The fail to realize that our Lord is the same Yesterday, Today and Forever... the God of the "Old Testament" is ALSO the God of the "New Testament". There is no Shadow of Turning with Him. I was shocked to read Church history. There are noble saints (and I don't mean that in the Catholic sense), don't get me wrong, but by and large they've been few....and often the "Church" itself (meaning the Organization as such) martyred them. "The Church" likes to wonder how Israel can be so blind, how they could be so richly blessed and miss their Messiah entirely... but they ought to look at the log in their own eye. "The Church" will have a lot of explaining to do come the day Messiah comes. It's the members of "The Church", after all, who will say in that day "Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and expel demons in your name and perform many powerful works in your name?" But what does He say to them? "I never knew you, get away from me you workers of lawlessness.'" That''s terrifying. That SHOULD be terrifying. We all need to get into the Word and study.... as you say, Line by Line, Precept by Precept.
I'm here in Turkey and want to express my thoughts on the tribulation. Just as tens of thousands, dare I say hundreds of thousands have lost their lives and millions are now homeless, so will be the tribulation that is coming. As the kingdom of God approaches the saints and the rest of the gentiles will suffers many more and increasing calamities. We are the ambassadors of Christ announcing that as it is in Heaven so shall it be on Earth. The birthright of our Lord and savior is His throne in Jerusalem to rule over the world in truth and righteousness, all praise and glory be to our Lord Jesus Christ. To be surrounded by gold and diamonds as well as having a big mansion is no heaven that I would seek or want. The picture of heaven in my mind has always been one of nature and it's majesty while interacting peacefully with the animals and having understanding with them. In other words a restored earth full of peace and understanding and a small, humble home.
When I hear people (the type I tend to avoid here and vice versa) talk with great enthusiasm about playing golf and fancy houses, etc. it makes my heart sink. Great. I think silently, I certainly hope they are on the other side of Heaven because unlike them I would hate the version they invented for themselves. They are unable to fathom others don't yearn for manicured lawns and yachts. I almost wonder if they think God is only there in oder to fulfill their every desire instead of us serving the Lord who humbled Himself and was crucified in order to redeem us.
Teachings from FAI have changed my perspective on the rapture, the 7-year tribulation and interpretation of God's word. My fear is that too many Christians in the western world don't care about the tribulation because they think, hey it's not for me to face! I'm not appointed to God's wrath so why should I prepare myself? By doing this, how many will lose their faith when they find themselves facing the anti-christ's world without being raptured? Will they be totally unprepared to deal with trials and tribulation?

I always believe that Zech 14.4 where his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives which is the same place where he left Acts 1.9 taken up in a cloud , Act 1.11 it says that he will come in the same manner and when He returns, those who will go up to meet him in the clouds will come down with him to the Mount of Olive in Jerusalem where He will establish the Kingdom

From what I can tell, FAI is the only podcast/ online ministry that teaches a word for word truth straight out of the Bible . The only one I’ve seen that isn’t full of bull! Finally a pro-Israel, a pro-truth and a Pro- Jesus coming we can believe and fact check for ourselves in the Bible. Jesus says …. “. I wish y’all would point out more of the hundreds of false teachers that sway people into a false pre tribulation rapture. There is no greater purpose than to die for my friend Jesus. He did die for me first after all.
Amen and amen brother. The one thing I am encouraged by is that you stated "Many Christians are good students of their favorite teachers", and I have experienced this multiple times. It is 110% true today. What have I learned from realizing that? Test all things... Yes, we need to be Bereans for sure in such a day and age. The adversary has been very busy for centuries, and we should refuse to be ignorant to his schemes for any longer. As it is with secular schools and universities, so it is with many (most?) church teachers. They themselves have been taught by erroneous professors. I thank God to finally encounter a teacher who reads TRUTH...and teaches it. For too long, my family and friends have thought that MY understanding of Scripture was a distortion of the truth. Thanks for confirming I've been correct all along!

I am 100% ok if Jesus came and took us in the rapture or if there’s not one. There is good points in both studies. That tells me Jesus wants us to prepare for both. "My Father's house" referring to the future Third Temple actually makes a lot more sense than it referring to Heaven. I'm slightly embarrassed to admit that even as someone who is in-touch with the Jewish roots of the Christian faith, I never realized what Jesus meant by "My Father's house".

Jesus went and put His blood on the mercy seat to prepare a "mansion" in me. He made it so that Christ in me the Hope of glory could reside (Colossians 1:27). I am (they are and they don't even realize it!) that "mansion" people are looking for. People need to realize who they are--the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus the Lord (2 Cor 5:21). Amen.

Love this teaching! I always thought by some of the things David said in the Psalms that he was speaking of his desire to dwell in the glorious Millennial Temple in the Presence of the LORD.
It really doesn't matter if there is a pre-tribulation rapture or not. We will be on earth as long as our purpose deems. We can debate all this forever. But, in the long run, it will be God's will. I'm good with either. ❤️
If you're considering the possibility that we may be here and preparing in case we are, then perhaps I might agree. But that isn't the case with most. The pretrib rapture is their blessed hope and they won't consider otherwise. That is very dangerous because they won't be prepared, and we are warned over and over to prepare and to not be deceived. God wants us to know and He wouldn't make it a secret or a mystery since it's vitally important that we know. The reason many can't see what He has clearly told us is because we in the West have been indoctrinated by our pastors and teachers. So we've been looking at the scriptures wearing pretrib lenses. That's what I did for about half of my Christian life.
Accuracy always matters. One is correct and one is invalid. I only hear pre-Trib ever say it doesn't matter which I find disconcerting. Pre-Trib teachers are the ones who put out tons of WFS videos or Red Alert or ABBA Up and have thousands of subscribers.

House of David means David's family. It's Hebraic thought. That's in the old testament. Many mansions is many family's generations. How else can you put mansions into houses unless you translate the Greek back into Hebrew? In my Father's Family are many families.
The Lord's feet will land on the Mount of Olives, and the Mountain will split in two! And Those of us that are the Chosen,and Resurrected, will accompany the Lord,and his Angels in The Battle of Armageddon to Destroy those that Destroy the Earth!( The Beast's Armies). Thank you for the amazing teachings but a question I would like to asked is how should it be understood with the time when Jesus Kingdom will be establish on earth will the temple in Jerusalem literally be build in Jerusalem when Jesus return or should it been understood that it is build in heaven and will come down with Jesus when He returns to earth or does it already exist in heaven and Jesus just brings it down from heaven when He returns.

The institutional church has taught us that when we hear something different than what we’ve been taught we ought to debate and argue and fight with the individual. They forget that when Paul expounded the scripture to the Bereans, they didn’t argue with Paul they said we will go and see if these things are so. In other words we will inquire of God Himself to affirm or deny what we’ve heard BECAUSE it could be that we may be wrong. Hardly any do this. They want to draw swords ⚔️ and fight to the death on a position. It’s crazy. No don’t argue with me GO TO GOD and ask. Just like many will hear Joel and want to debate and Duke it out with him. NO!!! Go ask God if what Joel is teaching is true and God WILL confirm or deny.
Those who are like Christ are of Heaven, the clouds being a metaphorical word describing God's people. These people come to earth, meaning pick up their lives again,or descend, beginning to live, resurrection; and as this double edged sword is presented we meet in the air,in spirit! Return of Christ within the people through the picking up of their lives and the circumcision of the heart of those like Adam,of the earth! Maybe one more reason to not think about physical apartments too much. We simply gonna live in the Lord's presence forever! Also the same John 14 verse 23 tells "If anyone loves me, he will keep my word. Then my Father will love him, and we will go to him and make our home within." We live in him, he lives in us - perfect union!

I am loving these videos on the pretrib rapture false teaching. I am also happy to see the issue of dispensationalism being addressed as well. From my perspective historical premillenialism makes the most sense when looking at what the written Word of God actually says and teaches. Thank you for making these videos.
If you're looking at the Word for what it "ACTUALLY" says & teaches (your choice of word), then you'll apply a historical, literal hermeneutic & come to u/stand that the pre-tribulation is based *SOLIDLY* on the Word, & what it "ACTUALLY" states.
Joel, on next weeks video when you talk about Jacob's trouble, can you address Daniel 9:27 please? I've heard many people talk about this is meaning Jesus, and how it has been fulfilled. That he 'He' it is referring to is the person previously spoken of, Jesus who will put and end to sacrifice. I watched the Daniel series in the app but didnt see a reference to this and didn't get this questioned answered. Yes! There are not 2 comings of Jesus!! He prepares a dwelling place for us in God's presence. This is where we go when we die, (not pre-trib raptured). After the rapture we have glorified bodies and will live on the fire-purified, new earth.

Where do you think the Lord will house all of his saints? Must be millions between His first and second coming. Will He be sending them out on assignment to rule over the cities of the earth? The temple is our body. We do business within ourselves if we are of the fleshly nature. We all buy and sell from within but it is not always in a heavenly way.
I agree that the restoration is about earthly and bodily, but why didn't Jesus establish His kingdom immediately after resurrection? Why wait for another 2000+ years?
Tribulation started After Jesus Christ Ascended into Heaven Cloud's of Heaven on the Day of Pentecost. The Great Tribulation of those Days, is only 7 Year's and is Divided up between the Wrath of Satan Allah and the Wrath of the Lamb Jesus Christ, 3 an half Year's the Wrath of Satan Allah, when the Two Prophet's of God and Jesus Christ come to Measure the Temple and the Worshipers there in an to Bare their Testimony for 3 an half Year's Tormenting the Nation's by Turning Water into Blood and Stopping the Rains and Releasing the Plagues of Egypt upon the Nation's, and when they Finish their Testimony they are Killed by the Beast from the Bottomless Pit, and they Lay in the Streets for 3 an half day's, and the Breath of Life from God Enters them and they Hear a Great Voice (Jesus Christ) from the Cloud's of Heaven saying come up here, and they Stand on their Feet and Ascend into the Cloud's of Heaven, while the Entire World Watches and Celebrates their Death, and then the Wrath of the Lamb Jesus Christ Comes.
I got a few things though. If you compare Revelation 5-7, to Revelation 19, there's something striking to me. In Revelation 5 and 7 which are heavenly scenes, they worship God on the throne, AND the Lamb. Like it's always specified that there is God on the throne, and the Lamb. 2 distinct persons. But in Revelation 19, there are people in heaven, rejoicing after the wrath of God has been poured out and Babylon has been destroyed. Now these people in heaven, worship God on the throne. That's it. They don't worship the Lamb as well. They talk about the Lamb, and after the heavens open they follow the Lamb.. but until the heavens open? The Lamb does not seem to be present in heaven. I believe He is on Earth already at this time.. and yet there are people in heaven, with God the Father. Now I'm not arguing for pretribulationism, I'm pre wrath myself. But the idea that the rapture is just, we go up to the sky and then come right back down to the Earth.. doesn't jive with Revelation 7, 15, and 19, all which depict saints in heaven, doing things that people with bodies do like wear clothes and hold objects. No, I don't accept "flash forward" as an explanation, not when the timing is consistent between Revelation 7 and 15, happening after the signs Jesus gave in Matthew 24 (which match the 6th seal) and after Jesus appears in the clouds in Revelation 14... after the 5th seal, and after the Mark of the beast, 2 illustrations of the Great Tribulation, and in Revelation 7 the saints came out of great tribulation (meaning it was something before the 6th seal, agreeing with Matthew 24 where Jesus says the signs that match the 6th seal come immediately after the tribulation), and in Revelation 15 they overcame the beast and the mark of the beast. So there is a clear, consistent timing of after tribulation but before the wrath (trumpets (Revelation 6:17), vials (Revelation 15:7))... and Jesus is missing from heaven in Revelation 19, but there are people in heaven with God the Father worshiping God the Father. So I place the second coming now.. at the 7th seal. Like 6th seal, the heavens open up, roll back like a scroll, unbelievers can see God on the throne, AND the Lamb, the scene in Revelation 7 plays out, while the heavens are still opened so people can see the saints taken up there, worshiping God and the Lamb.. then 7th seal... silence, I used to think it was because of the severity of the judgements.. but during the judgments, the saints in heaven rejoice. They rejoice over the destruction of Babylon in Revelation 19. So no, I think the silence is because Jesus left Heaven and came to Earth.. and as Isaiah 63 shows.. Jesus was alone treading the winepress of His wrath. There is a period of time where Jesus is alone on the Earth. Meaning we all have to be dead... or we had actually been raptured to heaven while Jesus came to Earth.

I like that Joel says "We need to be students of the scriptures". Last week at church, the man who preached kept quoting Tim Keller---Tim Keller said this and Tim Keller said that. When there is a new heaven and a new earth (Rev. 21), then there will be no more temple right? For God will dwell among His People with all the old things passing away. The New Jerusalem will come down out of heaven as the Bride of God. Will this happen during the Messianic Age or is this during the 1,000 years (the millennium)? What I am wondering about is the miracle in each individual believer who is the Temple of the Holy Spirit. This is a supernatural work without man's hands/effort. Where does this fit into the the topic of the Temple on earth?
Yeshua's reference to the dwelling place He is preparing for the believers is, I believe, nothing more or less than New Jerusalem, which will descend from Heaven at the beginning of the millennial reign of the Messiah and from which the redeemed, glorified Saints will reign with Him during the Millennium. Then, after heaven and earth disappear and the final judgment, those who are in New Jerusalem plus Israelites and Gentiles who inhabit the earth in their mortal bodies during the Millennium, but are saved and given their glorified bodies at the end of the Millennium, will dwell forever with the Father and the Son in New Jerusalem forever. In other words, Rev 21 and 22 are parenthetical, describing what New Jerusalem will be like during the Millennium and after that, not sequential, describing what New Jerusalem will be like only after heaven and earth disappear. How else can all the Scriptures that speak of the millennial kingdom being earthly, including the simultaneous presence of the "new" (renewed) heavens and earth, New Jerusalem, plus sin, death, and rebellion against the Lord and the camp of the Saints, be reconciled with the presence of the Messiah reigning with His redeemed, glorified Saints during that time? (cf. Isaiah 65:17-25; Zec 14:16-21; Rev 21:1-3; 24-27; 20:4, 6-11)
The mansions are in the Fathers house. later in the same chapter we find out we are GOD'S abode. 23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. 1 Corinthians 3 16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and that the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 1 Corinthians 6 19 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own. Hebrews 3 6 But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end. 1 Peter 4: 17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God? we are the Father's house the mansions are within us.
Joel, when you refer to Matt 19:27-28 in Problem #6, are you saying that because Matt 19 was a promise specifically to the disciples (which I totally agree), so too is the promise of John 14:1-3? In other words, John 14:1-3 is not a promise to the ekklesia, resurrected and raptured at the 2nd Coming but a promise to the disciples only at the 2nd Coming? Thanks...
When you say, "the Messianic Temple," is it a PART of the New Jerusalem in Revelation 21 coming down from heaven to the earth or the New Jerusalem as a whole?
In Matt 25:31-32 "and the nation's will be gathered before Him" is this referring to the twelve tribes or the nations of the world? This is what Jesus is referring to in Matt 19 when He tells the disciples they will sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel. Is this one and the same. Also, where does the New Jerusalem come into play in all of this? Is it after the 1,000 years? Love these teachings Joel. Thank you for your obedience to our Father.
HI Joel, I agree with what you are saying for Paul states in I Thes 4:13-17 that God will bring with Jesus at His coming those who have fallen ASLEEP (those who have already died in Christ which cannot mean those caught up, since they did NOT fall asleep (died)) down with Him from Heaven. John states in Rev 19:11-16 that Christ will descend from Heaven on a white horse along with His armies dressed in white robes and also on white horses. The "asleep" or dead as seen in Revelation 6 (the martyrs given white robes to wear as I suspect also those John sees in Rev 7 from every tribe, etc) are spirits of the dead yet to be reunited with their bodies. Paul then states that the dead will be resurrected first and those left alive will be caught up together to meet the Lord in the air (as His entourage to escort Him as He comes down to the earth...similar to when the people came out to greet Jesus when He came to Jerusalem the 1st time riding on a donkey.) So it is in the air (between Heaven and earth, since we are both from the earth and also of Heaven) that our spirits and our bodies will become one again. It seems then that it is on our way down (riding those white horses) that we are embodied once more and once we hit the earth we go to war (Jude 14-15)...an invincible army that death no longer has a claim. This resurrection then happens on THE LAST DAY according to Jesus (John 6:39-40) and begins The Day of the Lord. Thank you for your teachings...AND SPEAKING OF HEARING SOMETHING BEING PREACHED DIFFERENTLY...I'd like to encourage you to look at Isaiah 66:15-16, 18-21 as what Jesus was actually talking about in Matthew 24:29-31. Everything that Jesus states is found in the O T and is referencing the salvation of Israel. I don't have the space here to write all the passages, but here is a summary: * Tribulation of those days: The time of Jacob's troubles (Jeremiah 30) * Sun, moon, cosmos: (Joel 2 + 3 + others re: Day of the Lord) * Powers of the Heavens: (Eph 6:12)12For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Col 1:16For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities-all things were created through him and for him. * Sign of the Son of Man: The pillar of smoke and fire as in the OT.. To gather HIS elect are NT Saints, HIS church, the episunagoge, the gathering unto Him in the air through the angels (2.Thess 2:1) is the Rapture and not the gathering of the surviving Jews, they are brought to Jerusalem by the Gentiles in the beginning of the Millennium, but not at His 2.coming in the clouds (Isa 66:20; 11:11-16).
@@benny-yj7pq Hi, and thank you for your comment. Well since you brought it up, 2 Thes 2:1-4 actually states that the coming of our Lord and our gathering to Him is equated with the Day of the Lord. Also it will not happen until the apostasy AND the man of lawlessness sits in the temple declaring Himself as god (which means that the church is still on the earth during that time (remember, the AC sits in the temple at the midpoint of the tribulation)). So we can conclude that our gathering is part of the Day of the Lord which is at His 2nd coming. I realize that Matthew 24:29-31 is typically used in context of the church being gathered to Christ as in I Thes 4:13-18, however, if you take the time to actually read all of the above enclosed scriptures, they also tell the story about Jesus gathering His elect (the Israelites) from among the nations (the four winds of Heaven), bringing them back to Himself and back to Jerusalem, where He then judges the nations at the sheep and goat judgement. It is the same story echoed throughout the OT. As Jesus had stated at the end of Matthew 23 "You will not see me again until you say "Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord"" which is the context for Matthew 24 and 25. These scriptures explain the process (the time of Jacob's troubles) that lead them to finally say "Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord", to mourn over Him whom they have pierced, and to finally welcome Him as their God now having their heart changed. Remember, none of the NT was written at that time, and Jesus was always describing what the OT was actually saying, hence He made statements like: "You've heard it said, but I say..." He is always clarifying the OT. His disciples and those in His hearing would have understood what was being said from an OT/Israel-centric view...not a modern day Western culture point of view. Again, please read all of those scriptures I listed above...it becomes very clear. Even if you think that Matthew 24:29-31 is about the church, just realize that it IS also describing His 2nd coming and Day of the Lord in that section just as I thes 4:13-18 is also detailing Christ's 2nd coming as does 2 Thes 1:5-12 2 Thes 2:1-12, and many other passages. I hope that helps. PS...I'm not trying to be confrontational at all, I'm just trying to encourage people to actually read all of these passages and to see the story that has already been told.
Well interesting question My Friend, remember Jesus Christ Was Crucified Before the Foundation of the World. So isn't this all God the Eternal Father in Heaven plan of Eternal Salvation Eternal Life for His Children ? Are We the Son's and Daughters of God as scripture says ?

Jesus prepared a place for us. That place should already be occupied. Ephesians 2 6 And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus: already raised up together already seated in the heavenly place
So what if Jesus said the Temple is the Fathers house. He said he was going to prepare a place and would come back and take us to where He was preparing this place. Big stretch on your sealed is going to prepare a place.

Jesus "Yeshua" is God "YHWH" & His Holy Spirit are all One but three persons or manifestations. God the Father, Jesus His Son & The Holy Spirit are ONE. After Jesus resurrected, spent some time with His Disciples, ascended into Heaven at the right side of The Father. Mark 16:19. There are more verses too.
@@cat-bg3rv I am not confused about who they are. I am confused as to what he is teaching. The father exalted Christ to God over all creation. They are two working as one. The same way a man leaves his family and becomes one with his wife. And yes there is the holy spirit so three working in perfect harmony. Read first corrinthians 15:24-28. Jesus hands man back to God the father so that God the father becomes all in all with man once again. 3 seperate entities working perfectly as one.

It is so amazing to me as I move closer to the word, how corrupted the church has become in its teachings. I think it is simply because so many people don't read their bible other than a "verse of the day", and just absorb what their pastor is passing on to them. There is so much tradition in my Baptist congregation, it's hard for me to keep my mouth shut sometimes. I don't want to be a stumbling block. Bless you, brother!
Precisely! So well said… and I feel the same way. There is so much I don’t point out because I don’t want to cause others to stumble…. They put their hope and faith in an “afterlife” in Heaven that will be rich and fun and exciting and they’ll be there for eternity. Nowhere is that concept to be found in the Bible. That’s pagan through and through.
I grew up Baptist. I need fellowship but CanNOT make myself go to church. If I did it would only be for fellowship _ not for teaching. The Romans corrupted the teaching on purpose through the bidding of Satan, and those lies have been taught in seminary since the very beginning, when Jesus talked to the churches through John in Revelation.

I have written some things to our Pastor, because he seems more open at times... and I want to be able to share things I see, or to test my own... interpretations.. .rightly. That's what fellowship is supposed to be about - iron sharpening iron. I don't imagine the Bereans went alone into their inner chambers and explored Scripture independently. I imagine they rather did that but ALSO talked it out, reasoning with one another, testing to see whether these things were so. We all need that. I'm not convinced that I understand everything Scripture has to teach us 100% correctly, but I do know that paganism is found throughout the Church in it's history... particularly since it intentionally divorced itself from the Land and People of Israel (and thereby, in many ways the very God of Israel). That is why the church focuses so intently on the "New Testament", "Easy Believism" and the Love of Christ. So many either ignore or are ignorant of the "Old Testament" (I detest even that word, as it implies it's outdated). The fail to realize that our Lord is the same Yesterday, Today and Forever... the God of the "Old Testament" is ALSO the God of the "New Testament". There is no Shadow of Turning with Him.
I was shocked to read Church history. There are noble saints (and I don't mean that in the Catholic sense), don't get me wrong, but by and large they've been few....and often the "Church" itself (meaning the Organization as such) martyred them. "The Church" likes to wonder how Israel can be so blind, how they could be so richly blessed and miss their Messiah entirely... but they ought to look at the log in their own eye. "The Church" will have a lot of explaining to do come the day Messiah comes. It's the members of "The Church", after all, who will say in that day "Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and expel demons in your name and perform many powerful works in your name?" But what does He say to them? "I never knew you, get away from me you workers of lawlessness.'" That''s terrifying. That SHOULD be terrifying. We all need to get into the Word and study.... as you say, Line by Line, Precept by Precept.
I'm here in Turkey and want to express my thoughts on the tribulation. Just as tens of thousands, dare I say hundreds of thousands have lost their lives and millions are now homeless, so will be the tribulation that is coming. As the kingdom of God approaches the saints and the rest of the gentiles will suffers many more and increasing calamities. We are the ambassadors of Christ announcing that as it is in Heaven so shall it be on Earth. The birthright of our Lord and savior is His throne in Jerusalem to rule over the world in truth and righteousness, all praise and glory be to our Lord Jesus Christ. The picture of heaven in my mind has always been one of nature and it's majesty while interacting peacefully with the animals and having understanding with them.

When I hear people (the type I tend to avoid here and vice versa) talk with great enthusiasm about playing golf and fancy houses, etc. it makes my heart sink. Great. I think silently, I certainly hope they are on the other side of Heaven because unlike them I would hate the version they invented for themselves. They are unable to fathom others don't yearn for manicured lawns and yachts. I almost wonder if they think God is only there in oder to fulfill their every desire instead of us serving the Lord who humbled Himself and was crucified in order to redeem us.

Teachings from FAI have changed my perspective on the rapture, the 7-year tribulation and interpretation of God's word. My fear is that too many Christians in the western world don't care about the tribulation because they think, hey it's not for me to face! I'm not appointed to God's wrath so why should I prepare myself? By doing this, how many will lose their faith when they find themselves facing the anti-christ's world without being raptured? Will they be totally unprepared to deal with trials and tribulation?

I always believe that Zech 14.4 where his feet will stand on the Mount of Olives which is the same place where he left Acts 1.9 taken up in a cloud , Act 1.11 it says that he will come in the same manner and when He returns, those who will go up to meet him in the clouds will come down with him to the Mount of Olive in Jerusalem where He will establish the Kingdom

The one thing I am encouraged by is that you stated "Many Christians are good students of their favorite teachers", and I have experienced this multiple times. It is 110% true today.
What have I learned from realizing that? Test all things... Yes, we need to be Bereans for sure in such a day and age. The adversary has been very busy for centuries, and we should refuse to be ignorant to his schemes for any longer. I think of Matthew 25:31-46 on that last day.... those who did for their 'favorite teachers' and traditions, VS those who did for Christ.

"My Father's house" referring to the future Third Temple actually makes a lot more sense than it referring to Heaven. I'm slightly embarrassed to admit that even as someone who is in-touch with the Jewish roots of the Christian faith, I never realized what Jesus meant by "My Father's house".

Jesus went and put His blood on the mercy seat to prepare a "mansion" in me. He made it so that Christ in me the Hope of glory could reside (Colossians 1:27).
I am (they are and they don't even realize it!) that "mansion" people are looking for. People need to realize who they are--the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus the Lord (2 Cor 5:21). Amen.

It really doesn't matter if there is a pre-tribulation rapture or not. We will be on earth as long as our purpose deems. We can debate all this forever. But, in the long run, it will be God's will. I'm good with either. ❤️

If you're considering the possibility that we may be here and preparing in case we are, then perhaps I might agree. But that isn't the case with most. The pretrib rapture is their blessed hope and they won't consider otherwise. That is very dangerous because they won't be prepared, and we are warned over and over to prepare and to not be deceived. God wants us to know and He wouldn't make it a secret or a mystery since it's vitally important that we know. The reason many can't see what He has clearly told us is because we in the West have been indoctrinated by our pastors and teachers. So we've been looking at the scriptures wearing pretrib lenses. That's what I did for about half of my Christian life.
Accuracy always matters. One is correct and one is invalid. I only hear pre-Trib ever say it doesn't matter which I find disconcerting. Pre-Trib teachers are the ones who put out tons of WFS videos or Red Alert or ABBA Up and have thousands of subscribers.

The institutional church has taught us that when we hear something different than what we’ve been taught we ought to debate and argue and fight with the individual.
They forget that when Paul expounded the scripture to the Bereans, they didn’t argue with Paul they said we will go and see if these things are so. In other words we will inquire of God Himself to affirm or deny what we’ve heard BECAUSE it could be that we may be wrong.

I am loving these videos on the pretrib rapture false teaching. I am also happy to see the issue of dispensationalism being addressed as well. From my perspective historical premillenialism makes the most sense when looking at what the written Word of God actually says and teaches. Thank you for making these videos.

Joel, on next weeks video when you talk about Jacob's trouble, can you address Daniel 9:27 please? I've heard many people talk about this is meaning Jesus, and how it has been fulfilled. That he 'He' it is referring to is the person previously spoken of, Jesus who will put and end to sacrifice. Yes! There are not 2 comings of Jesus!! He prepares a dwelling place for us in God's presence. This is where we go when we die, (not pre-trib raptured). After the rapture we have glorified bodies and will live on the fire-purified, new earth.

The temple is our body. We do business within ourselves if we are of the fleshly nature. We all buy and sell from within but it is not always in a heavenly way.
I agree that the restoration is about earthly and bodily, but why didn't Jesus establish His kingdom immediately after resurrection? Why wait for another 2000+ years?

Tribulation started After Jesus Christ Ascended into Heaven Cloud's of Heaven on the Day of Pentecost. The Great Tribulation of those Days, is only 7 Year's and is Divided up between the Wrath of Satan Allah and the Wrath of the Lamb Jesus Christ, 3 an half Year's the Wrath of Satan Allah, when the Two Prophet's of God and Jesus Christ come to Measure the Temple and the Worshipers there in an to Bare their Testimony for 3 an half Year's Tormenting the Nation's by Turning Water into Blood and Stopping the Rains and Releasing the Plagues of Egypt upon the Nation's, and when they Finish their Testimony they are Killed by the Beast from the Bottomless Pit, and they Lay in the Streets for 3 an half day's, and the Breath of Life from God Enters them and they Hear a Great Voice (Jesus Christ) from the Cloud's of Heaven saying come up here, and they Stand on their Feet and Ascend into the Cloud's of Heaven, while the Entire World Watches and Celebrates their Death, and then the Wrath of the Lamb Jesus Christ Comes.
I got a few things though. If you compare Revelation 5-7, to Revelation 19, there's something striking to me. In Revelation 5 and 7 which are heavenly scenes, they worship God on the throne, AND the Lamb. Like it's always specified that there is God on the throne, and the Lamb. 2 distinct persons. But in Revelation 19, there are people in heaven, rejoicing after the wrath of God has been poured out and Babylon has been destroyed. Now these people in heaven, worship God on the throne. That's it. They don't worship the Lamb as well. They talk about the Lamb, and after the heavens open they follow the Lamb.. but until the heavens open? The Lamb does not seem to be present in heaven. I believe He is on Earth already at this time.. and yet there are people in heaven, with God the Father. Now I'm not arguing for pretribulationism, I'm pre wrath myself. But the idea that the rapture is just, we go up to the sky and then come right back down to the Earth.. doesn't jive with Revelation 7, 15, and 19, all which depict saints in heaven, doing things that people with bodies do like wear clothes and hold objects. No, I don't accept "flash forward" as an explanation, not when the timing is consistent between Revelation 7 and 15, happening after the signs Jesus gave in Matthew 24 (which match the 6th seal) and after Jesus appears in the clouds in Revelation 14... after the 5th seal, and after the Mark of the beast, 2 illustrations of the Great Tribulation, and in Revelation 7 the saints came out of great tribulation (meaning it was something before the 6th seal, agreeing with Matthew 24 where Jesus says the signs that match the 6th seal come immediately after the tribulation), and in Revelation 15 they overcame the beast and the mark of the beast. So there is a clear, consistent timing of after tribulation but before the wrath (trumpets (Revelation 6:17), vials (Revelation 15:7))... and Jesus is missing from heaven in Revelation 19, but there are people in heaven with God the Father worshiping God the Father. So I place the second coming now.. at the 7th seal. Like 6th seal, the heavens open up, roll back like a scroll, unbelievers can see God on the throne, AND the Lamb, the scene in Revelation 7 plays out, while the heavens are still opened so people can see the saints taken up there, worshiping God and the Lamb.. then 7th seal... silence, I used to think it was because of the severity of the judgements.. but during the judgments, the saints in heaven rejoice. They rejoice over the destruction of Babylon in Revelation 19. So no, I think the silence is because Jesus left Heaven and came to Earth.. and as Isaiah 63 shows.. Jesus was alone treading the winepress of His wrath. There is a period of time where Jesus is alone on the Earth. Meaning we all have to be dead... or we had actually been raptured to heaven while Jesus came to Earth.

I like that Joel says "We need to be students of the scriptures". Last week at church, the man who preached kept quoting Tim Keller---Tim Keller said this and Tim Keller said that. I'm thinking then that the preacher should just quote scripture and then explain it. I couldn't care less what Tim Keller said.

When there is a new heaven and a new earth (Rev. 21), then there will be no more temple right? For God will dwell among His People with all the old things passing away. The New Jerusalem will come down out of heaven as the Bride of God. Will this happen during the Messianic Age or is this during the 1,000 years (the millennium)? What I am wondering about is the miracle in each individual believer who is the Temple of the Holy Spirit. This is a supernatural work without man's hands/effort. Where does this fit into the the topic of the Temple on earth?
Yeshua's reference to the dwelling place He is preparing for the believers is, I believe, nothing more or less than New Jerusalem, which will descend from Heaven at the beginning of the millennial reign of the Messiah and from which the redeemed, glorified Saints will reign with Him during the Millennium. Then, after heaven and earth disappear and the final judgment, those who are in New Jerusalem plus Israelites and Gentiles who inhabit the earth in their mortal bodies during the Millennium, but are saved and given their glorified bodies at the end of the Millennium, will dwell forever with the Father and the Son in New Jerusalem forever. In other words, Rev 21 and 22 are parenthetical, describing what New Jerusalem will be like during the Millennium and after that, not sequential, describing what New Jerusalem will be like only after heaven and earth disappear. How else can all the Scriptures that speak of the millennial kingdom being earthly, including the simultaneous presence of the "new" (renewed) heavens and earth, New Jerusalem, plus sin, death, and rebellion against the Lord and the camp of the Saints, be reconciled with the presence of the Messiah reigning with His redeemed, glorified Saints during that time? (cf. Isaiah 65:17-25; Zec 14:16-21; Rev 21:1-3; 24-27; 20:4, 6-11)

Joel, when you refer to Matt 19:27-28 in Problem #6, are you saying that because Matt 19 was a promise specifically to the disciples (which I totally agree), so too is the promise of John 14:1-3? In other words, John 14:1-3 is not a promise to the ekklesia, resurrected and raptured at the 2nd Coming but a promise to the disciples only at the 2nd Coming? Thanks...
When you say, "the Messianic Temple," is it a PART of the New Jerusalem in Revelation 21 coming down from heaven to the earth or the New Jerusalem as a whole?

In Matt 25:31-32 "and the nation's will be gathered before Him" is this referring to the twelve tribes or the nations of the world? This is what Jesus is referring to in Matt 19 when He tells the disciples they will sit on thrones judging the twelve tribes of Israel. Is this one and the same. Also, where does the New Jerusalem come into play in all of this? Is it after the 1,000 years? Love these teachings Joel. Thank you for your obedience to our Father.
HI Joel, I agree with what you are saying for Paul states in I Thes 4:13-17 that God will bring with Jesus at His coming those who have fallen ASLEEP (those who have already died in Christ which cannot mean those caught up, since they did NOT fall asleep (died)) down with Him from Heaven. John states in Rev 19:11-16 that Christ will descend from Heaven on a white horse along with His armies dressed in white robes and also on white horses.
The "asleep" or dead as seen in Revelation 6 (the martyrs given white robes to wear as I suspect also those John sees in Rev 7 from every tribe, etc) are spirits of the dead yet to be reunited with their bodies. Paul then states that the dead will be resurrected first and those left alive will be caught up together to meet the Lord in the air (as His entourage to escort Him as He comes down to the earth...similar to when the people came out to greet Jesus when He came to Jerusalem the 1st time riding on a donkey.)
So it is in the air (between Heaven and earth, since we are both from the earth and also of Heaven) that our spirits and our bodies will become one again. It seems then that it is on our way down (riding those white horses) that we are embodied once more and once we hit the earth we go to war (Jude 14-15)...an invincible army that death no longer has a claim.
This resurrection then happens on THE LAST DAY according to Jesus (John 6:39-40) and begins The Day of the Lord.
Thank you for your teachings...AND SPEAKING OF HEARING SOMETHING BEING PREACHED DIFFERENTLY...I'd like to encourage you to look at Isaiah 66:15-16, 18-21 as what Jesus was actually talking about in Matthew 24:29-31. Everything that Jesus states is found in the O T and is referencing the salvation of Israel. I don't have the space here to write all the passages, but here is a summary:
* Tribulation of those days: The time of Jacob's troubles (Jeremiah 30)
* Sun, moon, cosmos: (Joel 2 + 3 + others re: Day of the Lord)
* Powers of the Heavens: (Eph 6:12)12For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places. Col 1:16For by him all things were created, in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities-all things were created through him and for him.
* Sign of the Son of Man: The pillar of smoke and fire as in the OT.. (see Isaiah 66:19, Isaiah 4;1-6, Isaiah 11:11-16)
* All tribes of earth will mourn: (Habakkuk 3:3-7, Rev 6:12-17)
* Son of Man on the clouds of heaven: (see Daniel 7:13-14)
* Send out His Angels: (Angels=messengers) (see Isaiah 66:19,20)
* Loud Trumpet: (Joel 2:1-11)
* Gather His elect: (Isaiah 66:19-20, Deut 30:4-8, Zech 2:6-13, Isaiah 11:11-16)
* Four winds of heaven: (see Deut 30:4-8, Zech 2:6-13, Neh 1:8-9)
To gather HIS elect are NT Saints, HIS church, the episunagoge, the gathering unto Him in the air through the angels (2.Thess 2:1) is the Rapture and not the gathering of the surviving Jews, they are brought to Jerusalem by the Gentiles in the beginning of the Millennium, but not at His 2.coming in the clouds (Isa 66:20; 11:11-16).

Well since you brought it up, 2 Thes 2:1-4 actually states that the coming of our Lord and our gathering to Him is equated with the Day of the Lord. Also it will not happen until the apostasy AND the man of lawlessness sits in the temple declaring Himself as god (which means that the church is still on the earth during that time (remember, the AC sits in the temple at the midpoint of the tribulation)). So we can conclude that our gathering is part of the Day of the Lord which is at His 2nd coming.
I realize that Matthew 24:29-31 is typically used in context of the church being gathered to Christ as in I Thes 4:13-18, however, if you take the time to actually read all of the above enclosed scriptures, they also tell the story about Jesus gathering His elect (the Israelites) from among the nations (the four winds of Heaven), bringing them back to Himself and back to Jerusalem, where He then judges the nations at the sheep and goat judgement. It is the same story echoed throughout the OT.
As Jesus had stated at the end of Matthew 23 "You will not see me again until you say "Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord"" which is the context for Matthew 24 and 25. These scriptures explain the process (the time of Jacob's troubles) that lead them to finally say "Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord", to mourn over Him whom they have pierced, and to finally welcome Him as their God now having their heart changed.
Remember, none of the NT was written at that time, and Jesus was always describing what the OT was actually saying, hence He made statements like: "You've heard it said, but I say..." He is always clarifying the OT. His disciples and those in His hearing would have understood what was being said from an OT/Israel-centric view...not a modern day Western culture point of view. Again, please read all of those scriptures I listed above...it becomes very clear.
Even if you think that Matthew 24:29-31 is about the church, just realize that it IS also describing His 2nd coming and Day of the Lord in that section just as I thes 4:13-18 is also detailing Christ's 2nd coming as does 2 Thes 1:5-12 2 Thes 2:1-12, and many other passages.

So what if Jesus said the Temple is the Fathers house. He said he was going to prepare a place and would come back and take us to where He was preparing this place. Big stretch on your sealed is going to prepare a place.

Jesus "Yeshua" is God "YHWH" & His Holy Spirit are all One but three persons or manifestations. God the Father, Jesus His Son & The Holy Spirit are ONE. After Jesus resurrected, spent some time with His Disciples, ascended into Heaven at the right side of The Father. Mark 16:19. There are more verses too.
