Watched this video with a pt who is a C7 Tetra. Went from using a bed ladder and or leg loops for supine to sit and at the end of the session he went from supine to sit without assitive device in under a minute. Thanks for the help

Thank you for this clip. Very informative. I have a patient with T12 complete injury. His sitting static balance poor. Unable to sit up and maintain sitting position with out support. Please someone suggest, what should be the his goal?
I am a c6 quad I've been looking at everybodys video and I've got everything back like everybody else is besides my right shoulder comes up higher than my left it hurts me for some reason I was in a street bike accident and I don't know if I hit a tree or slid on it or it was the way I broke it but I think it's bound and nerve damage but I would like to get some Facebook friends better quadriplegic if you would find me on Facebook my name is Brady Stevens thank you oh and I'm 24 years old
How do you get your arms so big & strong being a quad?? I'm a C7 incomplete, is it possible?? I'm tryna have my arms the size of yours... That's awesome bro!! You a beast with ur technique!!! 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼 Good technique man!!!

I do more of a row...elbows back onto elbows behind me... then push up. C7
Do this without sneakers on so that your feet slide all over the place where you can't reach them.
