Great video. Is this replacement possible to do on the car? It’s a 2009 Honda civic. Thanks
U have limited space u might not be able to remove the snap rings unless u remove the compressor
Honda should be covering this. They using garbage parts that shouldn't be failing in the first place.
Yup new cars all built cheap for their pocket
Hey mate my bearings are gone on this compressor. Removed bearing but wanting to know which bearings fit the pulley?
U need to go to dealer they will sell u with vin number don’t put after marker it will not last
Hey I got a 97 CR-V clutch is engaging and turning compressor but no cold air
Prolly low Freon
Okay should I leave that system and then can I use AC Pro like from the auto parts store or what do you recommend
Sorry I meant should I put a vacuum on it and then I could use some AC Pro with maybe stop leak what do you recommend
@@derekwilson8011 u can give it a shot but I’m not fan of ac pro never works correct inaccuracy pressure and level
I do have access to 410A instead of AC Pro but should I start fresh and evacuate system first before I do anything compressors turning condenser fans coming on no cold air
Just seen in your video I took clutch off and it looks like it's slipping and not gripping as hard could that cause it to not turn the compressor fast enough
Yup but did u do relay swap before or test with test light
@@RBTheMechanic does a relay have something to do with the RPM speed of compressor
@@derekwilson8011 no relay will just cut it off
@@RBTheMechanic no I did not do either of those as far as relay swap I didn't think a relay had something to do with RPM speed of AC compressor
@@derekwilson8011 yeah. Speed of ac compressor? Ac compressor only engages on and off there is no speed control?
Ha, yea I removed the nut, and my clutch is not budging
What year make model u have
