@@tiaraharry3324 That is part of the HTV, the cricut will cut through the vinyl but not the clear part, and then you weed the excess vinyl to leave your design. Does that make sense? It's part of the Heat Transfer Vinyl

Yes you do because when using Heat Transfer Vinyl you have to iron on the plastic side, with the vinyl facing down, but in order to cut that out, you have to cut it mirrored, so when you flip the design so that vinyl is on the shirt/hat/fabric and plastic side is up, the letters are the correct way. What kind of vinyl do you use. Mine does not have a sticky background . I have to use transfer paper and it's a b*tch to line up

What temperature should you put it at
What could be used as a replacement for parchment paper? I don’t have any and was wonder if there was something else you could?

What temperature setting is your iron on? Please, I'm making my daughter's 2nd birthday shirt.
I set my iron to the hottest it would go and don't forget to turn off the steam function! Good luck!
I just knew you could use a regular iron instead of buying a heat press
What size needle is in circut to cut through the white part to vinyl because when I put glossy side down it don’t cut all the way through
Try different setting on your cutting machine. It should go all the way through the vinyl and stop right before the carrier sheet.
Where did you get the htv from?
Is there a specific transfer paper? Mine seems to stick way too much and the design wont stay no matter how many times i heat and repeat.
heat transfer vinyl comes with a carrier sheet. So no need for transfer paper. Make sure you are using the correct vinyl. Hope that helps!
what heat is the iron?
sweet video.. maybe experiment with kerning for DYING to make the spacing a little different.. thanks for all the tips!
its good, but you never say to turn the design mirror before cutting
does this work with colour and backgrounds?
What do you mean by backgrounds? Like different color shirts?
How would you do it with out a circuit?? How would I make the words??
They have something at Michaels you can get, where you print on special paper on a printer, then you can hand cut out around the letters to do it.
