If I have a design that has a pattern (messy bun with sunglasses and the lens has a pattern) can I print the lenses onto white vinyl and the design will transfer? Thank you
@@ThomasSharak Hi! Yes, you can definitely print the lenses with the pattern onto white vinyl, and then the design will transfer as expected. Just make sure to use high-quality vinyl and follow the proper transfer process to get the best results. Happy crafting! 😊
Great learning experience for sure. Thank you! Really helps me decide on what I want. I don't know if I want to use vinyls 😅😅😅 I have a 5-in-1 heat press and it has all types of gadgets and I want a DTF printer I think but woah buddy 😁 they are expensive too. 😅 But love this I just don't know if I'm that creative.
@@georginakreitzburg182 It sounds like you have a fantastic setup with your 5-in-1 heat press! Deciding between vinyls and a DTF printer can be tricky, especially with the cost involved. Just remember, creativity often comes with experimenting and having fun with the process. Don't worry too much about being 'creative enough'-you might surprise yourself with what you can create! Best of luck with your projects! 😊
Very helpful. At first I was overwhelmed with the many layers on this project, but you made it very simple to follow and it turned out adorable. Thanks. Do you have any tips for why my letters on a layered project would peel off after just a few washes? The letters only peeled where they were layered, not where they were on the polyester shirt.
@@melanieadams5450 Hi! If your layered letters are peeling off after a few washes, it could be due to a couple of reasons. Make sure to press each layer of vinyl for the recommended time and temperature, and use a Teflon sheet or parchment paper to protect the layers during pressing. Sometimes, adjusting the pressure or increasing the pressing time slightly can help with better adhesion. Hope this helps! 😊
Hi Linda! With all personalized products, we recommend washing inside out and then air drying. You can then tumble on a dry/low setting to get the wrinkles out. - Dawn
I have read that if you use glitter iron on vinyl that item must be washed in only cold water ~ would this be true with this onsie if the glitter is used
@@CozzyKorner hi there! For heat transfer vinyl (HTV), you'll want to use heat transfer paper that's specifically designed to withstand high temperatures. Look for "heat transfer vinyl paper" or "HTV transfer paper" to ensure a successful transfer process. As a newbie, starting with high-quality materials can make a big difference. Happy crafting! 😊
@@elizabethramos6454 Hi Elizabeth! When using everyday iron-on vinyl (HTV), you typically don’t need to use transfer tape. The HTV comes with its own carrier sheet that acts like transfer tape, helping you position your design on your fabric before applying heat. Just make sure to mirror your design before cutting! Hope this helps! 😊
