I have been running, expanding, improving, maintaining and experimenting with solar, batteries, charge controllers and inverters since the year 2000 … it has since provided power during extreme outages, heatwaves and has paid for itself a few times over.
With all the years behind me … I still am drawn to the way you explain the process and reasoning in a un-mythical way that makes it easy to follow 👍

them meters are great ! i have a few different ones. The one sold at Home Depot is nice. I use that one a lot. also does AC line testing like voltage and amperage and the frequency in HZ. their is power strips with bult in meter as well.
I love these watt meter! Helps me so much. Many appliances don't show what they use in the back like they used to. Takes the guesswork right out of it! Aloha!🤙
One thought might be to show how much fuel (power) you use overnight. I know when I was started out this was one thing I had a hard time predicting. Love the theme for the recent videos…..teach the next generation.

That may give you a better idea of how much fuel it takes to do something.

Hi Bob. Does your watt meter show Amp Draw? And do you use a tablet for your Victron Apps, if so which one do you use? Also how do you decide what fuses and breakers to use? I'm currently building a solar system to hopefully be able to power everything off grid. Thanks for any help.
He may come in and correct me but I'm pretty sure I'm right. Wattage divided by 110 volts is amperage
The watt meter does show amps, and accumulated wh's as well. I do use my tablet, phone, and laptop for checking in on the Victron apps for all systems. In follow up on this series I will go over the fuse, breakers needed. My pleasure brother, aloha!🤙
