No, not everyone. I suppose you still can (live in a single wide). People can generally live anywhere they make up their minds to, in my estimation. 🤷🏼♂️ Thank you for watching and your comment.
I'm trying this myself, I have a very good job and can afford a 400k house... I wont. when I was younger the thing that started my career was trade school I learned electrical. it taught me that with some effort, guidance, and steadfastness you can do just about anything anyone else has done. only problem I run into is I live in Massachusetts, where you cant sneeze without getting a permit. So I will have to pay for quite a bit of it to be done professionally. however I save everyday and soon when I can, ill find a town that will let me do as much as I can on my own. The banks are crooks, never liked the idea of a mortgage when the houses were 200k and you ended up paying 400k at the end of the loan, never felt they offered me enough to give them that kind of money, and in my opinion people who feed off of others efforts have and always will destroy the society around them.
Obviously I don’t know your individual situation, but I’d be inclined to exit such a restrictive state. I wish you luck in your endeavors. Thank you for commenting.
@@momsberettas9576 I agree with the second part of your comment. Perhaps it was meant as the troubling part of paying taxes on land? Days of old had people owning their land with Land Patent Titles. Now we get deeds, which show a title exists. Who owns it is another matter. Thank you for your comment.
If we could live in single wides like the 70s on our own land, it'd be nice. Everyone has HUGE houses now.

I know what you're saying! Unless you live in a rural area, it's getting less and less even out here in the boonies.
Excellent advice!!!!
Thanks. And thank you for watching!

As long as we have to buy empty unused land for some reason and pay property tax every year we will never own anything.
