very well said Joseph, back in the mid 90's I had a bootleg of about 18 songs from Journey and Perry in various stages of production from a engineer in the know, glad some of these songs have surfaced online. Still hoping that Perry or Journey could revisit some of these cuts like "Road Runner" and their version of "People Get Ready", one can only hope.

This audio treasure you mention is a sample of all recordings that exist of all groups, soloists, orchestras, etc ... honestly, reasonably find that a group, for example, when the company will "require" the composition of an album. Work it, with songs that had composed and rehearsed during those endless touring and in the studio. Usually tend, always, have a lot more fulfilled as a project and completed; because they know that some of them will not be on the album. All this is already known or perceived by the general public. Would differentiate between safe "fan" and people who listen to that album on the radio, internet ... they like the album and buy it and that they will not be predisposed to buy the entire discography of the group and "B-sides "issues that did not enter the album. Perhaps, the only thing objectionable, reprehensible is that record companies are those that rule the group ... keep all this stuff, to have those rights, and take years to publish them, if they ever published. This is usually in two ways: One, when the band leaves the record as "poor revenge" (you say this in Spanish), publishes a live album or new songs ... and another, when the band split or the death of a lead singer. Everyone when creating a business is to make money ... this is obvious. What it is not so reasonable to use the public, which is buying the material, Christmas campaigns, etc. Good, it is not intended that this seems a political speech ... See you soon and best regards.

I have seen the video again ... it looks and listens well. If you mean you could not record it. The problem can be very different: Check to download another video with the same program. Another possible solution would be to download another program to download videos and try. To me it has happened that a video can not download it with a certain program and with another one. Another reason, could be, of the video player. I always advise and I have several videos downloaders (alternatives), either for "youtube" or other platforms. As well as other players. Boring song. Melody doesn’t go anywhere....no real “hook”. I’ve noticed this quite a bit with SP’s work from this era...his range has obviously decreased from where it was even during the ROR years...consequently, the melodies that he could sing were “restricted” to a narrower range. Just nowhere to take the melody at that point imo.🤷🏻♂️. Not trying to disparage SP in any way but, his voice was changing big time during this period and he was trying to sing “Journey-esque” type melodies.
