409 days here so you can do it too my friend. I feel not only way healthier but also FREE, because it is actually a self-administered form of slavery . Nasia's approach helped me a lot.

Thanks you, I have been a non-smoker for 30 days, but I want to smoke almost every night when I lie down on my bed. Now, I know what exactly lead me to want smoke, it out of my boringness😂. Once again really thanks, and it’s really good to be a non-smoker.

Insightful. After two+ years I still need confirmation sometimes though. 1) The craving always has a beginning AND an eventual end and 2) It’s rarely the desire to smoke itself which is the trigger. Diverting your attention helps and you’ll get a lot done.

I’m getting cravings 5 YEARS later! It’s really bad at the moment. I’m having a lot of stress and have no coping mechanisms ie hobbies, friends, or other substances so I’m guessing my mind is going to the place I used to go

Hi Nasia, the visualization of thoughts/cravings around smoking where you visualize your thoughts written in the sand, then seeing them washed away by a wave of the ocean is perfect for me! I'm an ocean person!! Thank you so much!!🩷

Huge thanks. It's been 50 days and I lost a lot of the muscle memory triggers. But lately I just miss it. The hypnosis still keeps the actual desire a bay, but I'm missing something. I think it's a busy task, a reason to move and refocus. Like adhd and I need a mental rest.

Nasia you are so cute and kind person and I can quit for 5 to 7 days in my life ever because of you and I have believed myself that I can succeed next time otherwise it was seeming impossible for me even a day without nicotine. Next time I will keep ur advise to get emotional support whenever craving happened. Thank u dear . You are doing so kind work which can help people to save their life and enjoy it without smoking .

I smoke CBD cigarettes and they work for me as they are nicotine free & thc free. I enjoy smoking but with these cigarettes I can smoke as little or as much as I want without the addiction of the nicotine and can choose to have breaks from the habit. I know its better to be smoke free but at the moment im enjoying the bad habit. I still really support this channel as it really helps people break cycle of smoking & go through the nicotine withdrawals. I’ve personally had a tobacco cigarette and was instantly addicted and decided to use the determination to get off the nicotine. In my situation the cbd cigarettes helped me because I already smoked them.
Im just happy that when I know the days of smoking are over for me, I will be able to quit with ease as I wont have the nicotine stress to deal with.

I'm learning Greek because one day I hope to visit this lovely land! I already tried to learn it once but I couldnt sag focused due to going outside to smoke all the time! Now I can try again! It's eye opening to see all the interests we smokers abandon because it doesnt fit in with our smoking habit. So glad to be almost out of that cage!

As with any other addiction, quitting smoking for many will require a lifetime of vigilance. That is why former addicts are said to be in "recovery". The body never completely returns to pre-addiction functioning. Addiction is the body's way to torture the soul for a lifetime.
