Smallest G-Shock ever! Absolutely incredible how the Casio engineers managed to squeeze such a detailed and deep dial as well as so many functions in such a small case without compromising the high G-Shock standards of durability and resistance. This is basically a G-Shock, an Edifice and a Waveceptor all rolled into one.
I think this design is really smart. You can wear this under the cuff and in more formal situations were you wouldn't wear a normal g-shock. And it's priced more fairly than some of there other metal versions. If they put good Oceanus level lume on it and made a more brushed/matte version, I'd probably buy one
I’ve got this watch black dial on a bracelet, absolutely love it, perfect size, it looks like a bit like a traditional watch but still 100% G Shock, best watch I’ve ever had.
My only slight gripe would be a positive display would be better (certainly much easier to read) but I’m also not sure as the negative definitely suits the dial, a bigger digital display right across the bottom half with day date month would be great though.
This GST-B600 looks really good. Regarding your GWN-Q1000: I can see you have faulty LCD in it, one vertical line of pixels does not work. You can order the spare LCD and replace it. Also you could do a video about it like I did for GX-56 KING, GW-9400 RANGEMAN, G-9300 MUDMAN, GW-9200 RISEMAN, GW-M5610 square, but I did not have an opportunity to replace an LCD in GWN-Q1000 GULFMASTER.
@@gshockhighfashion I'm afraid I unintentionally gave you improper information: for most of G-Shocks you can buy and replace the original LCD, but unfortunately for GWN-Q1000 spare LCDs are not available and as far as I know LCD from older GWN-1000 is not compatible. I didn't chceck it by myself, but I asked in a shop where I often buy Casio parts and from there I got such information. Sorry for not having better news for you. 🤷♂️
Carbon core is cheap marketing. It should be entirely steel. In the past, the modules were made of steel in the Gshock. In the finals, the steel is longer-lived.
*Aye man, have you given us a review of that handsome 35th Anniversary Gravity Master MTG, on the composite bracelet? I’ve looked through your videos but didn’t see it.*

Hi there, great looking watch. I am trying to buy one from japan via the link you have given for Buyee. Just registered for the first time. Could you please guide how to get the discount code and who was your seller on buyee?
Check the 'coupon' tab at 'my page' section, you'll need to manually claim them, and use them before they expire. Read the description from which store to use it. Different coupon, for different sellers. I just buy from which ever seller that was the cheapest with free delivery. 😅 If you watch all of my unboxing video, I bought from different sellers everytime. The best discount coupons will be given out mostly on before weekends starts or during holidays but for a limited time. Always be ready.
gst-b600 is the model name, the designation after that signifies which version it is. So d-1af is a specific colourway/spec/market version of the b600 model.
@@UnboxingEngineerI understand but in my opinion Bluetooth is a more reliable and efficient system. Multiband 6 is really only more useful if you have some issue with having your watch connected to your phone (or don’t own a phone). You pair it once and then the watch will keep updating itself to make sure it stays accurate. The app does not have any noticeable effects on phone performance either. MB6 is great but only works if you’re in a region with a tower and doesn’t always receive its signal. I’ve heard of some people downloading a repeater app to their phone but at the point you might as well just use Bluetooth 🤷♂️
*I wonder if it’s bigger than the G-7700/G-7710?* *G-Shock HighFashion, most of your Tough Solars need charging my man. I’ve got two watch boxes of my G-Shock Tough Solars in the window sill now. When you have so many, it is difficult to track the battery level on ‘em.*
I just checked, it is slimmer than the G-7710, smaller in width as well. This gsteel is awesome the more I wears it. I got too many gshock to keep track of, I'll get them charged right up. Some I think might need a new battery altogether.
Too small IMO. One of the things I love about G-Shocks and being a G-Shock fan is their bad ass looking designs, GST-B400 is awesome size wise, but for me it is as small as G-Shock should get, even I have a 6.7 wrist, I still prefer the larger G-Shocks, if I need smaller size on the classic side, I can wear any of my other Seiko, Citizen watches I own.
Agree, I prefer a bigger G-Shocks as well. Other G-Steel is still available on the market though right, there's always options or just get them all. Looking at the gsteel series as a whole, gst-b700 (if any) and beyond might come in a bigger size if the sales or market dictates so
I agree 100%. It's a nice-looking watch, don't get me wrong. But too small, too "polite-looking", for an outdoors watch. I too have several Seikos and Citizens Eco Drive that would fill the dressy-sporty role. It's even marginally smaller than my MT-G 1500, which I've always thought is a really small G Shock. I may not want a big monster like a Mudman or a Frogman, but for me, the sweet spot for a G Shock is 45 - 49mm, no more than 51-52mm lug to lug. (ie. I think my MT-G B2000 is a tiny bit too big to be perfect, but close!). Would I wear this watch if I had one? Sure, absolutely. But I'm just not sure I would shell out my own money to buy one. After seeing it, I think I'll look for a GST B500, or B400 instead.
G-shock finally made a correct size watch. Most their watches are way too big with useless features (world time, barometer .. stop watch on analog watch!!!) plus they feel cheap with resin case and band.
I wouldn't say "way" too small, but yeah, too small for a G Shock, unless you have really skinny wrists. Otherwsie looks nice though, albeit a bit too much like a Casioak.

No carbon core? Why? Casio is going backwards?
The "glass fiber" thing sounds familiar with the GM2100
