    This was pretty awesome to see you two working together. Definitely helps me feel better about my loaded breakfast before a 2 hr training session. I've decided I don't want to be a small fit anymore so we'll see how it goes.

    Great again! Could you do a video on how you handle working out and doing competition while possibly being that time of the month. Lol. I struggle getting in the gym during those days and any advice would be great! #PRVN

    Awesome I'm so excited for this vid. I have about 40lbs of fat to lose. Been working my tail off and being super disciplined! It's been 4 months and SO slow😬 But I'm gonna keep at it! Me in the morning choaking down my oats and protein pre workout "Tia says I gotta fuel the body!"👏👏👏

      @@mikaraainer5696 thank you so much! Down 16lbs since mid Dec but I've added alot of muscle too! I guess some would call this a body recompesition vs a typical cut. Heading in for rmr testing to dial in my calories more based on my personal metabolism. I'm optimistic it will help🙌

      @@BuiltonGODSrock agree.....I was thinking it would be more like 1.5lbs per week based on my intake, exercise and daily activity level....I Hard to know tho....it ya building fat and muscle simultaneously I suppose🤷‍♀️ Either way looking forward to dialing it it and more progress!

    Totally agree on the cutting weight slowly and fuel ur body according to the needs for your workout. I couldn't imagine working out with lacking energy which doesn't maximise trg potential!

    Awesome video.. my question is how many calories do you burn a day? I am using my fitness pal and linked my fitbit so I can track and adjust input as I have been feeling faint.. so on the cardio days I will go above my 2400cal but stay under overall.. do you adjust on heavier workout days or am I doing something wrong? Like these vids and enjoy watching the PRVN training vids with the team keep.up the great work guys

    I am really interested in how you stay hydrated. I have trouble with that even though when I workout I drink 3lt throughout the day :( I sweat a lot

      Add sea salt to your water. Water doesn’t hydrate, in facts it dilutes electrolytes, making you more dehydrated.

    I’m new to CrossFit. Stumbled across this video. Comment has nothing to do with diet but rather her vernacular. I like the way she says “especially “. Kinda like most Americans say “espresso”, exspresso 😊. I’m American, so not meant to be derogatory. Just neat to see how language is acquired. Maybe cuz living/training in states??? Good luck with the weight loss (wished I had a cook/coach) and you don’t need luck for competition, as you are a BEAST!!! Thanx for video.

    You mention 'macros' frequently but only expounded on calories. How many grams of protein do you consume? Is it in proportion to your current body weight, such as the 1.6 gr - 2.2 gr per kg of bodyweight many sports nutritionists recommend?

    I workout at 4:00 a.m...60 minutes of swimming then weight training...feeling lethargic as of late...have only 2 cups of coffee before my workout as i don't have the stomach to ingest food....any suggestions on how i can get energized ...thanks

      Drinking your calories during your swim. You will always feel faint swimming on an empty stomach, swimming is one of those things that can be potentially dangerous doing fasted, since you are in the water. I suggest 1 scoop of gatorade powder, or some sort of carb drink if you can't take down food. Or a guu/gel, gummy bears, banana
