I’m 5’8” and not gifted with natural hand eye coordination or fast twitch muscles. No amount of heart and determination would have enabled me to play professional basketball. I’m pretty intelligent and, as a child, was considered to be a prodigy. I wanted to be a world class research mathematician but, when I got to college at a prestigious university, everyone there had been the best in their high school, and I was just one of many. I was never going to be Terry Tao or James Maynard no matter how hard I worked. I just wasn’t sufficiently gifted. Saying “you can be whatever you want to be if you have the heart, desire, and work ethic” is misleading. You can do a lot and you can always get better, but you are likely to reach a limit. Sorry for the rant, but it’s a pet peeve of mine.

She is truly an inspiration! And that physique is crazy! Abs for days, and arms to die for. So jealous 😫 wish I could train with her. My body looks like crap. It didn't always used to. I exercised and lifted weights quite a bit in my teens and early 20s, but after I had my son, life changed. Don't have too much time for that anymore. I'd love to get back into it now that he's almost all grown up (17).
So inspirational. It would be great to mention some of the weights that your doing such as the dumbbell, kettlebell and deadball were we can’t read it. I personally find that really interesting. Even some of the standard weight requirements in the games etc for male and female. For example I heard the standard farmers walk for females are 55kg KB. That’s mental!!

So do you guys always include coffee or caffeine in your daily life because some other crossfitters like Kristi Eramo O' Conell doesnt cause i asked her? Does it help for daily training cause i drink coffee everyday and it helps me alot to give me a boost for my nervous system?

Are you a little more chill after the games like you predicted in your closing remarks of this video? You could do a day in the life where you are goofing off. Something like miniature golf or a food crawl from one bad for you food establishment to the next. Your fans would really love it.

I drink caffeine too much but im just doing it until I feel the energy from eating healthy and working out. (Trying to quit it)
