    Residential plots will always stay . No matter how hard you try to showcase commercials & SCO... plot 10 saal pehley bhi chalta tha aur ab bhi daudega.. 200-1000 gaj bhagega . Aur chadega agle saal dekhna ..↗️

      Because bade plots ke option nahi hai. Only BPTP, The Westerlies and G99. Sirf ye bade plots bech rahe hain. And inke bhi inventories nikalte hi bik rahi hain. Chhote plots to bahot saare aayenge, kyunki land parcel chhote chhote hain ab sabke paas

      Yes u r absolutely right….they will get increase…..it’s only to say ki nhi badhenge but they will automatically sale at higher rate!

    Among sectors 53,54,55,56 which is best for end user plot buyer. I want plot for my own personal house about 300 sqyards.

    Hi could you shed some light on NPNL plots. We are looking for end use to construct our own house but heard there are some 267 sq yard plots available but are NPNL. Are there legal or other implications for buying such plots perhaps later If we ever consider to sell it ?

    Plot prices have risen a lot in Noida expressway area also, the rates people are quoting there don’t make sense to me. Pls explain why is it happening

      Check sec 102 , it is relatively safer than other sectors and has better connectivity also

    Residential plots rate will correct by 30-40 percent probably as there is no margin for builder left in new floors construction.

    I bought 250 sq yd in central park flower Valley 2 yrs back for 1.5Cr Approx.
    Now getting offers of 3.5Cr+
    Please suggest should I exit or should I sell after making all floors via collaboration.
    Or should I hold it.
    Or any other option possible.

      Hyy.. U r right dont sell. It has chances to go upto 2lakh per square yards in next 2-3 years.. Well currently I m willing to invest 1.5 crores. Plzz suggest some place where we can see a similar high like central park flower valley...

      @@tushargoyal9976 The Westerlies. It has the biggest land parcel of 131acre on Dwarka Expressway. That one has a lot of potential since they have more units at the moment which they launch from time to time. Once these units are over the prices will double within 2yrs.

    Commercial property is not successful on national highways. It is senseless to be bullish on such location. Give 1 successful commercial mkt on National highways? Only sector roads are best suited for owning a successful commercial property
