but the fact still remains that Ganga was offering huge brokerage to channel partners and that is why everyone including you was promoting it despite very bad rentals in sohna market and very remote location.
Make team for Hyderabad as well . This city has more potential in flats as compare with Mumbai/Pune/Bangalore/Chennai/Gurgaon

Recently, I was offered possession of a DLF floor. While I’m willing to make the payment at the time of registry, they’ve requested a post-dated cheque for the conveyance deed. This has raised some concerns for me.
What do you think about this?
I am also a buyer and I have submitted the post dated cheque of 6 months buffer as date. This concept of registration differs from Builder to Builder. For example: Vatika floors or flats were offered without registration and even people living after 10 years doesn't have registrations under their name. As per DLF, once we do the full payment, Registration needs to be done first in alottee name and then alottee can sell/Transfer it. Moreover, Ideally Registration is completely discretionary and is a deal between Govt of Haryana and Alottee and builder would only facilitate the deed. Hope this helps

Project ka juice to nikal chuka hai sahab. Now only time based correction can be expected. Maybe possession par thoda sa appreciate kare but chances are less. Rest the expert might guide.😀
