    D L F Primus cost 1.6 Cr for 1800 sq ft ,in 2012.
    Remained same till 2021
    Now more than double .

    this is the best video i have seen in the longest time. market is likely to remain the same rate for the next 2-3 yrs. 4 cr is no joke, a person with 6-7 lakhs salary will be able to afford this.

    The market is likely to remain stagnant for the next 5-6 years. Due to excessive money printing since 2021 by the U.S. and now China, the current high property appreciation will gradually become justifiable. However, if you're planning to invest now, consider land, as it is likely to appreciate more than overpriced flats.

    Real estate overall came down by 40% in 2013-2018 same will happen ..its nothing new its a cycle ..this is not happening only for gurgaon..but overall india..only point is where it rose exponentially it will crash hard

    Most of the people who buy flats in Gurgaon are from IT and among them only few people can afford 1Cr flat by taking huge loans. So basically major chunk of buyers are smart enough to not to invest 1cr flats and then keep paying loan throug out there life. Long story cut short YOU WILL NEVER HAVE LARGE NUMBERS OF BUYERS SOON.
