    I used epoxi glue to put some 1kg weights in my old motorcycle helmet, it works pretty good i got a sick pump. the excercise ball one is a great idea, thanks for posting it

      Any luck with this? I've found some amazon things with rings where you could attach resistance cables

    Cheap substitute for the neck-hat: a bandanna or scarf.

      its called neck harness sold basically everywhere for dirt cheap. get kettlebell or plate with it and youre good to go

    Was at Ferrari world today, the speed from the roller coaster snapped my neck. Anything that I can do to remedy this? I’m in pain.

      You wouldn't be typing in UA-cam if it snapped your neck. You'd more likely be in a hospital or a cemetery.

      Any reoccurring issues? I guess these exercises would be insurance against snapping ur neck. More resilient to whip lash type injuries maybe.

    you will get nowhere fast with this baloney - get a headstrap , connect to pully machine ,, teh rest obvious
