Volvo’s bonnet is designed for frequent engine work that requires a crane to hoist it out of the chassis. Because if they can’t fix those god awful engines in their factory, they might as well make it easier for people who can.
@@Tiltrotortechmy S70 didn’t have quick disconnects but it did open a normal height and had a lever on the hinge you could move to open it to nearly 90 degrees. That was a handy feature when I broke a spark plug off in the engine 😅

My car has a cup holder behind the shifter.....I felt that one.
