Saw them live earlier this year. Can 100% say that his voice is just as fucking insane live. Durring the whole set I was laughing at certain points and saying "holy shit". My girlfriend who is no into that heavy of music, kept turning around to look at me and her jaw was on the floor.
Also it helps a lot that Will just seems like a super chill dude. He came up on stage and as they were prepping there was a couple with their kids up on their shoulders, and will turns and sees them and just lights up, giant smile, runs over and high fives the little kids and talks to them for a moment before returning to prepping for the set. It was hilarious to see before such a breath takingly heavy performance.
I had just seen lamb of god and Megadeth the week before in a venue 10 or 20 times the size of the one we saw Lorna Shore in and I can 100% say the energy in that tiny venue far outpaced that of the stadium. The number of crowd surfers at Lorna Shore was 10 fold what it was durring either LOG or megadeths performances.
They're awesome live, i met him at the meet and greet a few months back - super nice guy. I saw them w/ Aborted and Aborted stole the show. That whole show was absolutely insane.

I listened to a podcast from 2018 where Will spoke about how sometimes he's sacrificed sound for pronunciation of words when doing stuff live, it's crazy that 4 years later, he no longer has that problem at all

Also Will is the Third Singer of Lorna Shore and this was is first song with them, I'd also check out the legend Tom Barber who was the first singer of Lorna Shore, he is now the singer of Chelsea Grin and his side project Darko US is amazing, id check out Darko US Insects live studio recording and then Donna by them.

I saw them live like 3 weeks ago on SummerBreeze Festival, and i can tell you, Wills performance (like all of the band) was flawless! Singing live on the same level like in this video. It was amazing.

I saw them on stage two days ago and honnestly it was incredible ! Will's voice is perfect and he does not even seem tired in the end. All the band just goes all in, no stop
Can confirm they absolutely dominate live, the way they mix their live music you can hear all the symphonics and instruments very well. Also will is a treat to see live he's so personable and engaging with the crowd. They also played to the hellfire in complete darkness with all the lights off and that was a ridiculous experience

It wasn’t really my thing the first time I heard it, although I completely respected his talent, but after watching the scope video and multiple interviews… The kid is just so damn, sweet and genuine and freaking wholesome… It changed the music for me. I listen to them every day.
I have waited SOOOO LOOOOONG for you to finally get around to Lorna Shore, because (to me) Will is the Ronnie of hardcore vocals. He can literally do ANYTHING and he's so fucking good at all of it, it's painfully beautiful to watch.

I think you both need more Lorna Shore in your lives. Once you get past the shock, and you both touched upon it a lot that you respect what Will does, the band themselves are just as talented. They are my favorite band and the more you listen to them the more other music just doesn't hit the same. BTW, Will can do soooo much. His Sleep Token cover is jaw dropping.

Ive been watching Eric throughout the years slowly evolve to a metalhead and its been an awesome journey. Also the journey of Eric slowly upping his beer volume container has been awesome as well. You guys are definitely my favorite reaction channel. Dont change a damn thing. One thing you can change. Put mums in a few more reactions. I remeber watching one where i think it was Slaughter To Prevail. She did some good commentary.

I would love to see more on the channel, they have a new album coming out in Oct so they have some recent singles that are 🔥 and the EP this track came from is a great listen. The live one take version of "Of the Abyss" should be your next Lorna Shore to really take in and appreciate his vocals even more. That's not to take away from the bands ability as a whole.

I saw them Live in Minneapolis, and yes, they sound like this live. AngelMaker was the band that I went to see, but Lorna Shore was the Cherry on top at that show.

love your reaction - the only thing I would take issue with is categorizing this as "messy metal." Their drummer Austin keeps amazing time, as do all the players, and the vocals. It is relentlessly fast, but accuracy or timing isn't in question. Keep up the good reviews!

Kyle you're 100% correct about what he's doing not harming his voice, the reaction channel The Charismatic Voice (Elizabeth Zharoff) met up with Will at a phonation research center and put a camera down his throat to see what was going on with his vocal folds as he's doing various types of screams and also found out that there's nothing he's doing that would harm his voice, I highly recommend it

I have indeed seen them live 3 weeks ago. And let me tell you, I'm going again in 2 weeks 😅 Will is a fucking monster. The whole band is. Austin is literally the tentacle man, the way he plays those drums. And obviously, Adam is God tier on that guitar.
I've loved this band since 2015 and finally, FINALLY, they are getting the recognition they deserve.
This is in my opinion the best band to ever exist and I'll fight anyone on that.
If you get the chance, go to a show and let them destroy any braincells you might have. I guarantee, you will never regret it!

Not sure if someone already said this in the many comments, but Will said in an interview that he currently takes voice lessons because he does want to be able to eventually have the option to sing in their songs to continue to evolve.
