@@bsnf-5 Clapton, yes. Though he is known as a rock *musician* but blues *guitarist* because musically (I mean the song that he wrote) is not blues. Such as Layla, Wonderful Tonight etc. But Clapton use blues in his guitar playing, but he is known as a rock musician. Now Benson is more to a jazz technique in his playing while his music is more like RnB type song
@@saidmuhammadizzat4994 Clapton was a big fan and friend of Peter Green, a classic blues guitarist who played for Fletwood Mac. Clapton even wrote a tribute song to him. As far as Benson goes, he can play very good blues, yes he is primarly known for his jazz chops, but he uses a very wide and rich musicial language, which also contains blues licks and blues style of phrasing.
I was George's personal assistant in 1987, he changed my life completely, I love that man so much for the wisdom he parted with me, I would like to see him again, im 58 now, I was 21 when I toured with him.❤
Just different styles.. George iis a jazz guitarist Par Excellence. BB can string a few notes together into a riff that can literally sing, like a duet with a real person, another sweet voice. Eric is the "make every note count" guy, single note like single thoughts strung together that reach in to tear your guts out. If you want a guy who can "blow them all away", go look at Gary Moore, especially the last George Harrison stage appearance where Harrison at one point just starts watching and literally laughing at the amazing way Gary can play, like he'd never seen it that good before despite Clapton's being being his collaborator on the song and best buddy. I've seen them all except Jimi - Albert King, Bobby Blue Bland, Robin Trower, Santana, Jeff Beck, SRV and loved every one but among those who KNEW, Gary Moore was king.
Wash your ears first ;), then comment.Three very different musicians, so BIG and IMPORTANT, there's no comparison. If you really need to know who is the DAD amongs them, then that is undisputedly BB King, period. He pioneered and ligjt the way for another two, and gave them endless inspiration.
Quelle rencontre! Ils sont tous les trois magnifiques. Du début à la fain. De la première à la dernière note. Blues spirit flowing all over the place...
Each of these guys would make history as a solo concert but the three of them on one stage is almost too much to comprehend. Absolutely fine, fine entertainment. The talent is oozing out of them.
God bless Eric and George forever for helping B.B. look/and sound as good as they could. they both deserve some Karma for this. That damn B.B. can still sing/sing/sing. Put a smile on my face.
Great guitar-playing and blues-crooning from three musical legends! R I P, B B King. You and 'Lucille' will go down in the annals of Blues music as amongst its greatest and best proponents! You will be greatly missed!
I remember the first time I saw B.B.KING on a live Jazz festivals"Concert"in Luxembourg,it was awesome and at the end we were all happy,Will never forget you,RIP
What I like about Clapton is his ear and emotional intelligence. He knows enough theory to hang with the jazz musicians but knows his lane and stays there. Makes him very enjoyable to hear. So many players fail to distinguish chops from musicianship
É incrível o "Fraseado" de Eric Clapton! Maravilhoso! E, isso prova que o "Negócio" não é "Duzentas" notas por segundo, e sim, a expressão do solista, a alma, as notas "Certas" saindo do coração e da alma!
Benson killed it on that guitar. BB King has even acknowledged Benson's magnificent guitar chops on BB's album titled "King Biscuit Flower Hour Presents B. B. King Live!" It's so nice to see these 3 on stage!
BB you were an absolute legend and inspiration and influence on my musical taste RIP what will we do without you ......? You were the daddy of them all & you didn't do it for money..... you did it for love..... that's why we loved you RIP and may your god bless you!
Un immense merci à tous ces musiciens de génie qui illuminent encore et toujours notre existence 😍 💕❤️❤️🙏🤩😎 merci pour ces magnifiques cadeaux à jamais gravés 👏💖
Get 'em George, I know it's hard to play with imagination and soul when you dumb it down to 5 notes - only the truly gifted can manage that. Everyone knows it only barely breaks out of "dumbed down" after , what, 6 or 7 notes. Fantastic to see you so very up for, and up to, the challenge of dumbing it down.
When you only look at skills then you cant argue, Benson is always on top but a jam isn't about whos the best, its about the enjoyment, feeding off eachother, sometimes you get better as the jam goes along, imagine how much you could gain by just being there on stage with them.
Few so lucky to have all three live, not together sure. B B saw four times, the last he was on the chair. What a great musician and even more human being, loved the man.RIP
I might have to agree with you. Clapton is a one trick pony (blues), Knopfler is up there in my list of greats.. but Benson.. he does it so effortlessly.
Rock(Eric Clapton), Jazz(George Benson, Blues(B.B King) they all combined into such very beautiful music
É verdade
Esse trio é uma combinação perfeita.
Benson and Clapton is also Blues

Benson is a beast...amazing guitar player...amazing singer...
Until
Все нравится!
Mon Dieu !!!!!! les meilleurs guitaristes de tous les temps ................... Merciiiii
George’s voice is killer!
a groove starts opening up and they're all crushing it now
BB King said that Clapton is the greatest Rock 'n Roll guitarist that's ever lived.
He's not really Rock tho
But BB also to good to listen
That is TOO MUCH damn talent for one stage to contain!!
Three legends of blues, rock, and jazz. But IMO Benson blows them all away

Two from different sides of Music Clowning ,Got to love it.
The sheer weight of TALENT on that stage! It's going to collapse at any moment...
+EscapeTheCommute Well damn I was gonna say somethin, but that's pretty much it ;P

Peak blues!
unreal talent
Stu B
family meeting betwenn Rock, Blues and Jazz/Soul on the same stage... beautiful !!
These 3 on the same stage...doesn't get any better..3 vocal heavy weights and all guitar masters playing the Blues....together! :D incredible...
Quelle rencontre! Ils sont tous les trois magnifiques. Du début à la fain. De la première à la dernière note. Blues spirit flowing all over the place...
This is superb, three giants of guitar who have nothing to prove. Benson is Jazzy but he is also very bluesy
Jazz music has blues roots, which would make sense for Benson to be capable of playing blues licks.
Doesn't get any better than this, and I never liked rock! Now I'm 73 and can't get enough!
My badness what a trialogue...The oddbod in this duo of geniuses. 😣
Trois monstres de la musique, merci à eux

Ну, мужики дают! Аж душа развернулась! Молодцы!
really cool to see Benson play some blues!! All 3 tore it up!
That rocked me baby! Sorry, had to say it! Blues rocks. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise! 💯🎶❤️👏🏽👍🏽
E Lucile voando até as mãos mágicas de seu dono e mestre. Wow! Três deuses no mesmo palco. Emoção correndo nas minhas veias.

George Benson... best guitarist ever!!
Julian Bream, best guitarist ever.
Benson of the BEST.
BB King could slay the guitars with one note!!!!
Blues notes always hit me so deep I feel like I wanna cry...
I can not believe there is war going on in this world when we can all watch human beings working together like this..Make music not war.

GizmetDora Lopez Thanks...you are so correct in that statement
Eric R Thanks!
Can't understand why some people compare one with any other. What you see is three genios playing guitar and having fun.Jazz,Blues and Rock together
Eric Clapton the best music of world. This is wonderful
BB could express more emotion with 4 or 5 notes than 99.99% with the entire fretboard and all the pedals on the market put together.
Mr.Benson is so damn good ❤️❤️❤️
3 best guitarists in the world, no competition :D love 'em all (in a musical way)
BB king always reminds me that you can make amazing music with space, a handful of notes and a damn good sense of feel!
Un trio fabuleux !!!❤
I remember the first time I saw B.B.KING on a live Jazz festivals"Concert"in Luxembourg,it was awesome and at the end we were all happy,Will never forget you,RIP
3 of the greatest!!!!!
Lucille has such a unique sound! AWESOME to hear these 3 together.....so good I almost cried!
The symbiotic relationship when blues and jazz mix the swagger together that's when it really sets it off like with as a catalystic
Three of The Best guitar Soloist with different yet similar dynamics...
Lucille "dropping-in," from the overhead was an excellent touch!!!!!
That's jammin' !! Best guitarists in America!!

at the end of the day Everyone who has ever touched a guitar and actually knows music pays their respect to BB king
Trois grosses pointures pour un blues pétillant. Bravo !!
Trois grands maîtres...respect!
Great Video, Clapton and Benson trading licks and Lucille descending from the sky
It don't get any better than that 😌
Vintage and classically good event. Thank you Youva Sid. The greats just keep on shining.
The drummer is funkin' the Blues up the way we like it in Chicago,...George is the truth boyyy,..BB,. praises !!

lucille came from the sky, best part..
I shared this on Facebook 2 years ago ; can't believe I didn't say here . how insanely good it is ! ! !
each one of them have their guitar tone, sweet

The voice of BB is so powerful..
each guitarist has a different tone which complements the song just right :)
when gone... BB will be remembered for jamming up...he does not compete with anyone... always in his own vein...and he is a show man in his own right.
heck yeah dude! almost had tear's in my eye's I was so happy!
Mil gracias! Los blues y jazz juntos.
Awesome 👍 This is real music, kiddoes. The some 500 dislikes are the ones who don't know what real music is.
No musical voice speaks louder than BB's. The other two may have more technique, but BB is the deep muddy water of the Mississippi in musical form
R.I.P. KING OF BLUES

Anyone else teary-eyed watching this?
we can all say BB took em all to school. he got the true blues spirit and he knows how to ecpress it.
lol no...
Few so lucky to have all three live, not together sure. B B saw four times, the last he was on the chair. What a great musician and even more human being, loved the man.RIP
i hear our bb king is no longer among us r.i.p. a jazz and blues master!
Absolutely fantastic! Especially BB makin' that guitar cry like that!
I give the nod to Benson. He's a virtuoso.
He is the best guitarist alive!!!Just my opinion
Nobodys' done more than John Mclaughlin but, he doesn't sing.
I might have to agree with you. Clapton is a one trick pony (blues), Knopfler is up there in my list of greats.. but Benson.. he does it so effortlessly.
George Clapton a one trick pony leave the drugs alone friend catch a bit of back catalogue he is up with the best of the best
Oscar Lagrosen don’t you know Ernie Isley ?
