- Wet load, not pumping out, stuck at one minute on the countdown timer! This is my Exxcel 1400 Express Maxx 6, created from two washing machines. Cleaned the filter and problem solved.

Thanks for puting this up on youtube as it gave me some ideas to the reason why my Bosch machine was doing the same thing and as one of the guys said in here is that the heating element stops working and the machine waits for the temperature to go to the desire temp setting but of course never does and continues washing until 0:01, I changed my element as well as the NTC (negative temperature coefficient) Thermistor just to be on the safe side. It worked perfectly after that... Thanks for sharing...
I had the same problem. I replaced the heater, and now I works 💪. Its easy to do.

You lovely man. My wash was just stuck on 1 minute, constantly spinning and getting ridiculously foamy. Door wouldn't unlock even when I switched it off. One wet and soapy floor later, problem solved, thank you
I've had exactly the same problem and in my case the solution was simple. I had either underloaded or overloaded the washer. Looking at what you'd got in there, it looks like you may be close to overloading.

if the pump is clear ,always check the drain hose. I had this fault and it was due to large sequins [ 20mm diameter] from my daughter's dress stuck where the outlet met the sink drain.

I think I've solved it. I had the same problem, stuck @1min forever. Eventually it came up with E6. It turned out to be a disconnected (brown) wire to the pump. I managed to pull the plug out from it's connection to the pump and open it up. I reconnected the wire and hey presto problem solved. I too had cannibalised 2 machines into one, swapping control panels. Initially I thought they were incompatible even though they were both Maxx 1000rpm machines but 2010 and 2008 models. The CP of the 2008 works perfectly well in the 2010. Don't be put off by different colours. I'm sure the short was the reason for blowing the CP - black smoke marks in the SAME spot.
That is a very odd failure! I guess it happened when you were working on the parts? I have tried to mingle parts from various machines in the past, sometimes they fit and sometimes they don't. Motors are the worst! Different pin combinations on 2 motors that are in every other way identical. Glad you got yours going.

I have had a blown motherboard ...now replaced and all OK. Realised water not heating so I replaced the element and thermostat but still not heating the water on a 40 degree wash . Any advice
Since the pump was clear I would keep an eye on the sump hose or the heater, the heaters are known to make Bosch machines get stuck at 1min to go as it's not heating but won't drain because it's not reached the temp that is selected
This would also make sense as once you drained the water it was trying to top up as it was still washing! I was gonna comment earlier but thought you fixed it at the end as I was busy 😂😂

I have repaired my washing machine by replacing the relay of the electrical board
It was the same problem, one min error isuse was heater. Maybe in you case it is thermostat.

I'd like to see if the machine failed next time on the original cycle, as my Bosch varioperfect gets stuck at 1 min remaining only on the delicate/silk cycle but appears to work normally on 30/40/60 degree cycles?

It’s a Bosch design feature after 3 years so that you have to buy a new machine we’ve so far onto our 4th machine and won’t be buying another one ever

On B/S/H/ machines, sticking on 0:01 usually means the heater is broken.

hey before i had a bosch wfl normaly can you do it in de service mode and look if one error code coms on the clock you can poot in service mode if you the machine turn of and the last 2 bottens push that togheter in and turn to easy care 30 wait 5 seconds and put to easy care 40 if you have don writh you sit in de service mode my english is rubbish becose i live in belgium
I have a washing machine of this type. It stopped mid cycle and turned itself off. I was able to open the door but it has some water in it.. I had to put a pair of shoes in because my father had trod in his own poo while in hospital so had to wash them properly to avoid contamination. Do I just remove the door at the bottom and drain it? If so, will it work again once I have finished? Thanks.
It might just work if you try it in a drain cycle.
Your washing machine failed to drain. I think the timer or the drain pump is faulty.

I ran a 60 degree wash this morning and it worked ok as well! Its a mystery!

Yeah if it isn't getting warm then the heater will need replacing, noticed how the light said wash at the start so must have been stuck on wash waiting for the water to get warm

@@bootsowen hi mate thanks for coming back to me yes I would say it is as I was unable to get the door open. 3 weeks ago the code came up and I changed the carbon Brushes.
@@bootsowen What shall I do the carbon brushes have been changed etc and it is stilll going wrong
I have posted a series of videos on bosch motor testing and repair. sometimes it works, other times not. They can develop weird earth or neutral leaks and stop working. Have a look at my other bosch videos and maybe it will help.
