- Like most “car guys,” I love vans and wagons. How can you not? This package checks every box it’s asked to - it’s practical, super efficient, comfortable, quiet, handy, luxurious… the list goes on and on! The hybrid only powertrain is exactly the shakeup this segment needed, and it’s exciting to see such great mileage from a large vehicle.
This is what I call the lexus of minivans because of the options, paint color, and luxurious interior with the leather and wood.
My uncle has a toyota sienna xle premium from 2017 and it has the dashboard shifter which I prefer over the new one because it frees up the center console.
I think it’s the Cadillac of minivans because some models also have a fridge and vacuum. This makes the Pacifica look like a GMC in comparison.
This is by far the best minivan on the market RN!
Really nice hybrid love this one we got ours last month XLE model and we love it the mpg we get 36 to 39 mpg average on it compared to our caravan it’s double mpg if not more than doble great for anything from kids to family vacation you name it like a luxury car and better the savings at the pump thank for sharing
I like Sienna.... just doesn't feel the brown interior is for me... But for Platinum Toyota only offer 1 interior color = Brown!!! Wish they could have other interior color options :)
WOW! I don’t care if it’s a platinum or an XLE or an XSE, I WANT ONE! The Pacifica limited has nothing on this!
Beautiful minivan those super long slide seats are really cool for the second row also that wireless charging pad is nice to put your phone and such
Did you really pay $55,393.00 for that? I am just curious. I really want this Sienna, but I don't like the brown interior color. I wish Toyota would give you an option to pick from at least 3 interior colors. Super nice van either way!

I can't see a platinum version in canada. I think it only goes up to limited which sucks.

I just got a 2022 Plat - what happened to the rear view digital mirror - VERY disappointed.
How is it going so far?
@@CBApp-un1dq Had a few minor problems. Passenger side mirror stopped retracting - got it repaired under warranty. Also the middle row seats rattle badly and I need to bring it in again. Toyota quality isn't what it used to be.
@@hawaiiguy1640 I totally agree. I just started leasing a 2022 Toyota Corolla LE. Even though the car runs incredibly nice, my screen sometimes malfunctions and the seats in my car rattle so much.
And with that my dads 2013 toyota sienna is a great car no problems and it drives almost brand new @ 140k miles. Lil something to think about

Does it bother you that this particular Platinum trim does not come with a spare tire?
Can you scroll up and down through the phone contact list using the controls on the steering wheel (not the multi media screen)? And do you see name list of recent calls on the small screen between the gages?
Why can’t you put 20” wheels on the awd?

So, if you get a platinum in AWD you get 18" wheels? I actually like this. I want a platinum, but I don't want huge wheels.

How powerful are the seat coolers? My 2021 Sequoia Platinum’s “cooled” seats are worthless. My 2019 Avalon Limited’s cooled seats are amazing and powerful.
They should be just as powerful as the avalons. They share the same platform
I'm more of a Honda guy but I suspect that your Avalon has peltier devices which are actual coolers for the seats and the Sequoia does not... An aftermarket shop should be able to install them for you.. it's called the peltier device

I do believe so. It’s only thing keeping me from purchasing this. That noble brown is……..nope.

Would of liked to have all the platinum features though, can’t even order what you want.
Siennas are hot right now, pretty much have to jump on it as soon as the dealer gets a forecasted inventory list.

It’s not a cvt. It is a gear that is connected to the engine and electric motors. It’s continuously variable only because it doesn’t have a set gear ratio range.
It’s actually much better than a standard cvt transmission.
Why sales told me no ottomans seat with awd platinum model, did you pay extra for it?

Toyota is such petty company that even on a $40k vehicle, its backup camera doesn't even have a dynamic grid lines. It practically cost them nothing to put it in. I rented a Kia Forte recently in Hawaii, the little kia has a super backup camera grid lines. Backing up into tight spots at resorts is so much easier. Now it is getting worse, in the $60k platinum, you can't even get the digital rear view mirror option. Damn!

One answer for me: gas gas gas saving on gas. I have a long commute to work and currently spending about 400 dlls on gas a month 😭

The outside of the Sienna is ugly if you change the outside then lot more people buy it the rest of the cars the minivans are better-looking Odyssey is the ugliest of the minivan the artist disiena is like a grandmother stop of minivan
The Sienna is an eyesore it it makes you cringe when you look at it The Odyssey looks better the the Pacifica Pacifica looks better the Sienna even though it's got the gas mileage who want to be seen in it Grandma mobile
