I bought the ridgid universal miter saw stand for my 12 inch dewalt miter saw. I'd recommend that over the dewalt version to anyone.
the makita miter stand were three different ones >.
i’m looking at buying either the delta, the ridgid or the toughbuilt. although the toughbuilt isn’t available anywhere. 😮the ridgid has 10 inch wheels so i’m waiting for it o go on sale . if you have $$$$ than buy the bosch . it’s a 5 star in my book.

The makita one he showed first with the scissor legs sucks. The wings are all out or square and garbage. Not durable.

This video is very poor. I don't believe you've reviewed any of these stands. Reading straight from a website no doubt. That voice over is the most annoying this on the planet. The makita you've shown stock footage of completely the wrong model and the cut to a modified version because the original is rubbish
Dewalt’s portable stand is shit. I’ve had 2 break on me in 3 years. Total garbage. I’ll never buy another one again.
