That has a very simple explanation actually once you get mussle once and lose it the next time you workout youre gonna build the same ammount of mussle much easier and faster when you build mussle your body makes kinda like memmory cells (not exactly that but something like that) that makes it easier to buld the mussle you had before
Just seeing two brothers pushing and motivating each other is absolutely empowering to see, man- this is great stuff, appreciate the content and effort you put it in your videos- you’re a beast, Joe
Thats not how muscle memory works tho. It doesnt just instantly bring you back to where you were before you started as soon as you touch a weight. It takes multiple weeks to bring ou back to any level of progress!
The muscle memory would have helped him with form, he doesn’t have to relearn good form anymore so he can focus more energy into just pushing weight. But as joe said, the obvious answer is he just got older. Your 18 year old self is stronger than your 15 year old self, your 30 year old self is stronger than your 18 year old etc etc. Now, it’s impressive that his ORM was improved, but for an 80kg lad he should be benching 105kg. 1.3x your body weight. It’s tough, I stopped gym for a while myself (covid obviously also halted gym), so I lost alot of progress and my ORM went down to 90kg I think.
Tom's transformation has always been something I've looked up to. At 14 years old I was 5'9, 90kg blob of fat and now since finding your videos and starting the gym, almost a year later I'm 5'10, 15 years old and 75kg with pretty good strength on my lifts. I want to personally thank you for inspiring me to pursue a journey in fitness, your an absolute legend Joe!

Hope Tom is reading this. Hello Tom, you literally got a new PR, first of all congrats that was insane mate, secondly I'm sure deep down you want to continue! Ps: you have your brother as a helper so you are never alone !! You got this 👍
That clip of Tom hitting 80kg bench is awesome! If that isn’t enough to motivate him then nothing will be.. hope to see another transformation in 100 days 💪🏻
Bro toms transformation was the first video I watched on your channel and that’s why I’m in the gym and doing the shit I do so from the bottom of my heart thanks to you and tom
That's because Joe isn't standing up tall. I think they're around the same height but Tom is like half an inch taller. Either way he is definitely going to be much taller than Joe
Joe you hit 950k omg im so glad you are foing this well and the one million you are going to hit soon is well deserved. You are easily the best fitness youtuber out here imo.❤️
bro i love u sm joe , i workout but recently i stopped for a bit bcs ian have motivation no more but when i watched this vid ,it gave me motivation to work out again 🫶
Puberty hit me like a tonne of bricks. Went from a 60kg half back in rugby at age 15 to an 85kg second row in the space of an off-season. Enjoy puberty guys!
That's pretty sick. Each time I trained again after a long gap due to covid, I was stronger and observed more growth in muscles. I'm not fitness guru but by simple observation, I believe these gaps help for the body to recover.
I'm the same age as him and I've been training consistently for over a year and weigh around 93kg at 14% and he still moves at least as much weight as I do. Good job Tom 👍
Tbh you can get insane amount of discipline from vizualizing yourself being who how and where you want to be And vizualizing everything in detail. Once you create a connection with your ideal best self you ll go take your life to the next level and you ll do the right things and whatever it takes to get there. Mby that s just me but it has insane amount of power! Our mind is so powerful it s fascinating!
Your efforts is awesome tom i see your posture is really changed thats the reason for strength i think...want to see you progress more... Best luck mate..
Imagine not training for a year and maxing a new bench pr, Joe his next video a year later "I stopped training for a year to reach a 3 plates bench pr" 😂
Weight plays a big role. Tom is 83kgs. Him benching 80kgs without working out is impressive itself and he is definitely strong, but your average 15yo who is about 60-70kgs should be able to bench about 25-30kgs, which is normal and fine.
If Tom works out consistently now during a period of natural growth, he'll make incredible progress! He'll also grow into a muscular physique so it will stay with him and be more difficult to lose.
Motivation waxes and wanes, we've all been there. There will be times when working out feels like a chore and there's nothing wrong with taking a break. But it's good to hear he wants to get back to it. And puberty is a great time to get back to lifting weights (lots of free testosterone), so good luck to Tom and looking forward to hearing about progress.
IMO it’s a bit weird that he has no motivation to work out while his brother is building an empire & is growing every day. But respect for both, FAZER KINGS
Benching 80kg at 15 is very good, tom is at his prime time to train now and become an absolute beast because of puberty, etc. He should take gym seriously and he won’t be disappointed in the results!
Tom is a growing kid so improvement in strength even without working it's normal. He is producing more testosterone now than he was a year ago. He should use this energy now really
Let's get Tom to make another transformation! Let's get Tom back on track! Let's get Joe to make more videos with Tom and helping him to become the inner beast he has!!! Who's with me?
it's true that you'll watch it and I'll watch it even if it's 1 hour, cuz we're regular viewers. but that's not the case for the other majority of new audience and non-regular viewers
Tom is the goat, and will undoubtedly be a tank when he starts lifting again!
Agreed he’s already got great genetics once he starts working the results will show
