Hi i'm Joe, I have created this UA-cam channel to show my progression from a skinny teenager who is sick of being skinny to hopefully in the future being more muscular and just better in general both physically and mentally.
If you do enjoy my content it would mean lot if you could hit the like button and maybe even consider subscribing. Thank you!

@@kmmoves823 Being introvert or extrovert isn't an ideology... it's a character trait. It's psychology. You can't really change it, you can force change behaviour, but you''ll still be introvert.
This video showed me how horribly I need to change , it’s really not healthy but feels so normal to me . Some days are really bad I just don’t want to talk to anyone and I can do that for months at a time . I lost all my friends and I don’t even answer the phone when my mom calls . For anyone going through this I’m sorry.
How are you holding up these days?
I hope you’re feeling better about yourself. We all have different causes for our own actions, and I hope you find yours out soon.
There is a difference from isolating yourself from social media, verses not having actual human contact. The lack of human contact is the most crucial, since sadly we can keep hopping on social media and interact, or at least occupy ourselves. Aside from you cleaning house, you had other opportunities to do more constructive things. I’m sure projects that interest you would help pass the time.
As an artist I relish the moments I have in solitude, while creating works of art. But I bask in the gathering of people, so that I can unwind, and actually communicate with living beings. It’s so refreshing!
Maybe you will find a balance. It sure couldn’t hurt to do the challenge again, but this time keep social media at a minimum, while finding other things to do. You may surprise yourself.
I enjoyed the video!❤❤

If you are stuck at home, you could still work out!! That's no excuse! But you gotta take even bigger care about your diet because you probably gonna sit a lot through that period. Proper diet is the most important thing IMO, and you gotta do it the right way. It's 100% dedication to it. I am currently trainin at home cause gyms are closed in my town. The meal plan I'm following is from Dietarize. I lost 5lbs in 4 weeks (mostly fat, but some water for sure). I like its flexibility and simplicity. I'm considering hiring a personal trainer in the future, but for now Dietarize does really good job and it is a lot cheaper 😀

I could never I am very social and I believe that you should try and spend time with the people you love the most because you don’t know how much time they had left. This nearly happened to me with my brother. Thank god he’s still with us
Kinda hits hard. Due to many circumstances I can’t go home and see my friends or my girlfriend. I study on a music production course, so I spend most of my time recording or mixing in the studios. Sometimes I play video games. I didn’t really get to know the people around me. I think it’s the matter of mentality, plus where I come from there’s a different outlook on life. The only socialisation I get is from the lecturers, calls form my grandmother or girlfriend and food delivery drivers. This truly made me better at my craft.
Love how humble you are and don’t take yourself too seriously. Keep doing challenges like these, great vid.

Bro I really love your all content, just crazy ❤️
If you attempt this in your normal environment, chances are you will feel this way. I was without any contact for four weeks, no electricity, no phone or internet. I lived on an island for weeks, when I got there there was only one cabin. I had groceries for a week after that I was self sufficient and survived. I only had the basics to survive on a Pacific island, but nature was very generous to me. It was the best time of my life.
Why and how? Did you purposely do this?
@@itskate2991 Of course it was intentional and I just asked the owner.
I found this video quite enlightening. Up till recently I thought cabin fever was just the name of a horror film, but it explains a lot of my behaviour lately with my history of anxiety, depression, and lockdown.

@@chestguy2762 No it's not. "No human contact" means you don't see anybody in person. It doesn't include virtually.
@@chestguy2762 not really. I'd say that it's more of a physical contact
I am a huge introvert & homebody. I feel like this type of challenge or the pandemic is something I am built for. However, "no human contact" doesn't/shouldn't mean no entertainment like TV, DVDs, UA-cam, etc. That is not human contact. Human contact is interacting with other people, whether in-person or via technology (social media or online gaming).
Yeah but being in contact over social media still connects you to people. Just not face to face.
@@theviewer9305 That is what I said..."Human contact is interacting with other people, whether in-person or via technology (social media or online gaming)." My point was that he still could have watched TV, DVDs, streaming services, etc. instead of sitting around being bored for a week because "he had nothing to do".
@@charliewakelingeddmsm8751 Ok I slightly miss read what you were saying and I agree for the most part. I guess it depends on what sort of isolation he wanted, whether it just be a normal isolation with no outside contact/social media contact, or a pure see no people at all even on a screen sort of contact.
@@theviewer9305 Agreed. The title of the video is very misleading since one would assume he meant just taking the pandemic to the extreme & not interacting with people (in-person or on social media...since social media addiction is what he discusses multiple times).

I guess this challenge would be tough for extroverts but as an introvert I can say that I really enjoy being alone and doing things that I love and there's no one to tell me what to do or judge me. I have gone weeks without human contact with relative ease besides going to the super market.
for the last 2 years i been isolating my self ish but with wifi and things to do were im not bored since i cant drive my self anywhere... some days are really hard and depressing because i live in a 2 story mansion, in a rual area with my old folks. so there isnt much to do out here except cruise on my eletric bike which isnt so bad sometimes i visit the barn cat down the street whenever im up for it but this was good idk how u went with no music or mobile games!? i would have downloaded a crap ton of games an offline music i could listen too or movies offline atleast to keep my self enertained bc ur still not interacting with anyone :)
Been doing this on and off since march 2020, the only human contact was work. So planning your day is crucial. If i had time booked off work for holidays etc, i would go days or the whole period off work not seeing anyone, not talking to anyone. So being productive and getting things done (fixing/painting/deep cleaning) is what is getting me through this until lockdown ends.
