In proportion he will overtake him at some point. As Joe has to put the muscle on a bigger frame. Joes muscle will be spread out along his limbs unlike Jack, therefore Jack should be able to add the inches quicker.

I just want to say ur transformation uploaded a year or two ago inspired me to workout. I was 13 y/o last year dec. 2019 5’9 115 and started working out in may this year started at 125 and I’m now 140.

Flat out not true. When I first started working out I could barely bench 135lbs/61kg. Within a matter of months I could bench 225lbs/102kg. That's a difference of 90lbs/41kg. How? Because when I started I was a newb. I didn't have the form or the balance. I didn't know what I was doing. In truth I could probably always bench close to what I can now but I lacked knowledge & skill. With training, increase of workouts & surplus of food I've now acquired I'm now the skill & am in the best shape I've ever been while being natural.

I love when someone makes a great natural transformation everyone screams PED. As someone whose made a great transformation and was accused of PEDs myself, not a single accuser has every challenged themselves physically and mentally the way your mate did in such a short period of time. No matter where you start, your body is an incredible machine and these kind of results are possible for 80% of people.

dude when I was that young I went from nothing to 500 pound 10 rep squat in 4 months. Im only 5'7" and was 165 at the time. You can do a lot when you are young. It's getting it back when your older.

It has also something to do with form , he squatted more often so he got a better tecnique
It's not hard. In three months, I went from squatting 95lbs for 3x5 to squatting 225 for 3x5, deadlifting 95lbs 1x5 to 255 1x5. It's all about the program you're using, food, and sleep quality.

Tbf i feel like you have to take size into account and training. I went from 40kg to 100kg and i wasnt consistant much at the gym. Its the technique you have to take into account
He's work out plan does work. Ive tried it and it has gotten my arms alot bigger as well as my chest. I had to cut the deadlift and squats because it was hurting my lower back and change them for lower back and glutes exercises becuse they were very weak and that caused me to injure my back. Once I strenghten them I will bring them back again and continue. I have tried so many times to have big arms and failed beacause of Bro split, nutrition, lack of commitment, you name it. But if you go 3 times a week and do this routine as well as eating properly you will absolutely get bigger. Coming from a Skinny guy believe it does work

Been working out for two months and I weigh 57kg, only recently have I been able to bench my own bodyweight (not even 60 yet though I might be able to tomorrow) and this guy just first time benches 60 kg off the bat and he doesn't even weigh that much more than me. Somethings not right here or this guy just has insane genetics.

1 big problem most of this is training for strength and not muscle growth strength training is 3 sets of 5 reps and hypertrophy for muscle growth is 3-5 sets of 8-12 reps. This is why in his friends skinny to muscular transformation he gained very little muscle mass and his lifts increased alot, dont use this if ur a skinny kid trying to bulk up, correct me if im wrong.
