Ever since I picked up guitar last year, I've always wanted to learn Bakamitai, as being such a beautiful song in the brilliant Yakuza games. Yakuza 0 was the first of the series that I played, and the song really stuck with me over the years. I looked everywhere for great tabs of the song, but never found it until now. Even though the memes blowing up about Bakamitai is pretty crappy and downplays its message, at least more people are sharing its beauty. Thanks for the cover

Can someone tell me what’s happening at 0:20 on the 14th fret? I’ve been playing guitar for a bit now but I’m new to classical and I have no idea what’s going on. I haven’t had any luck finding the technique online and there are no results for the when searching for tabs symbols. Also that was a great rendition.
Thank you AnonY Mous! That is artifical harmonics. It is basically a natural harmonic played 12 fret above the fretted note. You first practice playing a natural harmonic on 12th fret with ONLY you right hand, with your first finger touching string and pick with the fourth finger. Then add the fretted note and do the natural harmonics 12th fret above.

Thanks Angel! For arrangement, I usually have some vague idea of what I want to achieve before I started. Then I'll choose a key that fits (open strings, or a key with certain characteristics I love). Then everything else just naturally fill in. I usually arrange by putting down the melody first, then the bassline, and finally the movement in-between. Hope it helps!
